Harry was amazing and he is going to be my go to guy when getting another truck. I’ll be recommending him to everyone. He did not pressure me into anything and listened to my concerns and made it work. We looked at many trucks and he had no problem driving them up to check them out. Also a huge shout out to Joe the sales manager. He is amazing. Both Harry and Joe did an amazing job with my deal.

I am giving the service department 1 star, I cannot speak for the sales side of this dealership.

I dropped the car off on Thursday for a coolant flush, the next day they tell me to come pick it up as it is not overheating anymore. I show up, pay, and drive off, but a quarter mile down the road the car overheated again. I brought it back where the advisor, Trevor, told me it would a $120 diagnostic fee that I agree to. They diagnosed a bad thermostat and I declined to spend the $600 for a $60 part and all of two bolts that needed removal for the labor portion. When I go to pick it up today, the advisor mentions (while 2 feet away from the payment window) that it is in fact going to cost me $200 for extra coolant needed during the diagnoses. I was never called and informed of this and never given the option to decline. They then offer a free tire rotation, which I declined, and they got down to $150 and said they cannot go any lower than that. I gave them the opportunity to do right by me and they declined.

The communication throughout the whole process was poor, as I had to reach out hours after the time they told me they would call to inform me of my vehicles status. Please learn from my mistake and take your Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep to more professional dealership or independent shop for service.

Addressing the response: The car came in on a flatbed, not sure how you think overheating was never mentioned. When I came to pick up the vehicle on Friday your advisor Trevor told me "it is not overheating anymore". Why would he say this if overheating was never mentioned? Please provide me with the records that show I approved an $80 coolant charge and I will remove the review. I do not tolerate the lying in this response and will be making a consumer protection complaint with the state of Michigan.

I had an incredible experience with Walt this week. I was apprehensive at first but he was patient and calm with me. He answered all of my questions and after emailing/phone calls I finally went in. He worked with me and we were able to agree on terms/financing well within my budget. As a single Mama, that was very important for me.
The whole process was painless and as far as car purchasing goes, it felt like I was in and out.
I am so excited about my Jeep but whenever I’m ready to turn her in, you can guarantee I’m calling Walt!

I came from Texas to buy my beauty, starting the process with Mr. Todd Gatewood. He was very professional and helpful. There was a brief miscommunication which he was able to resolve immediately. Secondly, thanks to the Sales Manager Mike for working with us. Lastly, the Finance team; Eric Bitson. They assisted me with paperwork issues from my state. They were very patient and helpful as I am sure out of state purchases can be tricky. Was worth the travel!

Stop shopping around and allowing these other car dealerships to run your credit causing all these bad inquiries and giving you false hope and dropping your credit score. Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will get you in a vehicle quicker than you think. It's 2022 I drive off in a 2022 in just hours of entering the lot. They are black owed believe me I'm happy and proud to have spent my money here. When I stopped in it was good vibes from start to finish and I wasn't pressured didn't feel pushed by the salesman or any of the team. I'll be back for more business soon. Again out of all the dealerships I've entered this was the only one that made me feel at home. Go where your money is respected and not just wanted. Ask for Harry he got your back. This is my second lease with Northland Chrysler and honestly it's going to be the last. I hate that because I absolutely love my salesman H. Kelly. Outside of him this is the worst dealership to manufacture, sale and service Chrysler products. For my first lease it took them over two months to figure out why my keyless entry didn't work. It got so bad they had to call Chrysler to tell them two pins were not touching in the door. A simple fix that caused a ton of inconvenience. This time around my window has a glass defect, which was discovered within 24 hours of having the vehicle. It has now been a month and they refuse to fix the vehicle without me leaving the vehicle for over three days just to be diagnosed. There is no timeframe on how long it will take to solve the issue after being diagnosed. This will leave me without a car for an unknown amount of time. As stated I came back because of my sales rep, but this will be the last time. Not to mention I only stayed with this company to not be charged a disposition fee just to get charged a disposition fee because they changed my financial institution out of the customers control. The customer's satisfaction doesn't mean anything when it comes to "Chrysler's Rules".

The quality of service that I received two days ago was by far dangerous and unacceptable. My car was serviced for lug nuts replacement and tire rotations. 16 lug nuts were not tighten just place back on the vehicle . The work at this location is by far sloppy and could give less if you live or die obviously.
