I've had to call on these folks twice in the last three weeks to haul two different trucks into the shop and each time the folks in the office have been great at getting information put together and sending a driver out us.
The drivers has been really good - knowledgable and friendly and showed genuine concern about being careful hooking up the vehicles and driving off. They've been quick and careful each time.
Definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tow - well priced also.

I just wanted to thank Dan, from Oceana Auto, and his friendly tow truck, Casper, for rescuing me this week when my vehicle needed towing. I had just serviced my car and the dealership did not tighten the lug nuts to spec causing them to come loose while driving. Dan was able to remove three by hand and promptly torched them back in place. He was sure I could have driven home but wanted to make sure I was safe & the car wasn't damaged from the loose lug nuts and towed my car to my chosen local mechanic (who said Dan had torched the lug nuts to perfection!!!!). Dan was quick to show up to my location, friendly, and great to chat to on the drive to the mechanic. It made a challenging afternoon a little easier 🙂 . Thank you so much for the excellent service and saving the day!!!!

UPDATE: 4/1 I also have to give big shout outs to DENNIS for saving us when out car got stuck in a snow drift on our road! He also saved the day!!!

Oceana responded to my call through AAA when I could not get my 2500 started with a really dead battery. I was in Ludington State Park and 4 hours from home. Thank goodness for Dan, who contacted me within 20 minutes of my AAA request. He was awesome and had the truck going in no time. Plus, he was nice. Can't beat it. Thank you, Oceana!

Thank the heavens for Dan! Truly we do not have the words to express how grateful we are for his help. He made a turbulent situation peaceful. Made an arduous process easy. Such a nice guy. Jacked my car and put on my spare with no judgement. (My car fell off my jack which is why I needed the professionals). Didn’t even accept my tip. I hope I never need them again but they’re the first I’d go to. Cheaper than I expected too.
