Extreme Warning do not and I mean do not open a loan with this company. They tell you one thing and once you’re on the hook everything changes, they don’t recall, they don’t know, they were unaware. And the loan officer who opens your account most likely quit so now you’re stuck with some new employee. Wonder why individuals keep quitting.

This is the worst loan company. I have had others and it has been very satisfactory, this company on the contrary is terrible, they asked me for many requirements and in the end they insulted me by offering a miserable amount that does not meet even my lowest expectations, I had to decline the application on my part because They were insulting me with that misery, now my credit is going to go down for having submitted my information to the process. I totally advise against this bad company.

FOR ANYONE READING THESE REVIEWS, HEED THE WARNINGS. There is a reason there’s almost the same amount of 1star and 5star reviews. These crooks are great and friendly when you first go in but once they’ve secured your business they do a complete 180. Before you go with OMF make sure you explore ALL OF YOUR OPTIONS. Getting approved and receiving the loan took about a week and a half which is no big deal but if you ever need their help they will NOT DO ANYTHING for you. Not to mention their ridiculous interest fees. If you’re at your wits end and really need financial assistance they will approve you but they will also take FULL advantage and charge you every single penny they can, you will end up paying almost double the amount you were given. While I understand I signed a contract, I have also spoken to multiple people affiliated with them, including their insurance creditor, who told me that I could ask them(branch) what would be sufficient proof for them. I called to let them know I wasn’t driving my car and if there was anyway I could provide them proof of that so that I wouldn’t have to keep paying an extra $360/mo for insurance and I was met with the assistant manager Tom giving me a nasty condescending attitude while reading back the terms of agreement. I can’t speak for anyone else but in my experience with Tom, this is a company of crooks who don’t have the slightest sense of customer service. It’s not like I asked to pay less on my loan, I just don’t want to be wasting money on a parked car that isn’t moving. Tom didn’t even want to hear it, immediately gave me an attitude in a condescending tone of voice. Make sure you explore ALL options before deciding to deal with these people.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating that I can give them! This is horrible the company always try to convince you of a lower interest but once you go to sign the docs they set you up for a higher. Please don’t go to this ppl, they are like a legal scam facility so highly suggest to find a different lender no matter who is the lender go with them but never trust OneMain!
