Just went to this place in memes Florida to get a refrigerant for my car, as I enter the store nobody acknowledged they were all talking to each other nobody asked if I needed help and the guy young guy with glasses and long hair and hat he didn't even ask if I need help at the register and he was just playing around with something and next customer came and he helped him and I was just waiting on the line. Very bad customer service at this place I rather drive another 5 mi to discount or AutoZone. Train your employees who get paid by the customers to be a little bit more courteous.

Got my car scanned, cylinder 7 misfire. Went home and swapped #7 and #6 coil packs. Came back and the girl gave me attitude right off the bat then when she got outside refused to clear the codes off my car and scan it again so I could see if the misfire moved. She was clueless as to why she should scan it again after I didn’t change any parts and couldn’t understand the concept of a misfire moving cylinders by swapping coil packs 🤦‍♂️. I have always liked O’Reilly but won’t ever go back to this location. Much more friendly and knowledgeable at the garden street location. BTW, the misfire moved and a new coil pack fixed it

No stars ! They sold the wrong part for my truck, costing a disabled senior citizen 1300. The part almost blew my motor, melted fan wires, causing more issues. After FIVE months of BS, getting the run around, being lied to, they refuse to make good on THEIR wrong part they sold. Blaming anything but their wrong doing to a customer. All proof from dealership on the wrong thermostat, causeing it to burn out the cooling fans. I will NEVER buy from O'Reilly again. Worst customer service; apparently, they have no conscience about stealing money from a disabled Senior Citizen for a BIG error they made. Disgusting of a company and total abuse of power !

Was in the store in mims today and had a young lady brook at counter went well beyond what i expected to help me out as far as scanning the car and then spending some time discussing the car and she really knew a lot about hondas very helpful girl

I have been dealing with them for 20 plus years in four different states. They are very helpful and will help you find the parts. Even if it has to come from somewhere else. Yes sometimes you get a bad part but they have always taken care of it. Yes I have shopped the other stores but O'Reilly's is the best.
