I've used Orion Auto a number of times for my 1990s E-series van as well as our Mazda3. They are HONEST and extremely reasonable when it comes to prices and repairs. I have used many other shops for auto service, I always come back to Orion Auto because I greatly appreciate the honest service they provide and I can never find better priced repairs. Excellent customer service! I had a very complicated electrical issue with my vehicle. Even Orion Auto Service couldn't figure it out but they were so nice and apologetic about it that they didn't charge me any diagnostic fee or anything for that matter. I definitely recommend this place.

New ownership, stay away. Business was sold to another owner. Since then, repair costs are ridiculous. The old owner used to let me bring the parts to him and he would add 30% to the labor cost. I recently brought my daughter's car in for a repair. They sold me a re-manufactured drive shaft for just over $400. A 30 minute repair for any skilled mechanic. Was charged an hour of labor (understandable). However, I could have bought a re-man'd drive shaft from Rock Auto for $170. When I told them that, they were surprised, but told me they have to mark up the parts so they can stay in business. I understand that, but marking up the parts by more than 100%? That's gouging. I should have pulled the car, but they were going to charge me $80 for the diagnosis. By the way, it was a visual inspection to determine the drive shaft was bad. Nothing needed to be disassembled and they only needed to lift the car up and look underneath. $80? This place will take your money and will take as much of it as they can. I learned my lesson. Should have done the work myself even if it meant lying on a cold garage floor in 25 degree weather. I also asked how much an axle locking actuator for my 4WD truck would cost (part only). They told me $375. I can get one new from Rock Auto for $125. Stay away.
