**After reading your response, I took the time to go through every text between all three of the sales people i worked with. I would be more than happy to post all of them regarding all the questions I asked and the responses. And yes, there are specific questions about tires and safety inspections. I do acknowledge that you stated you are not that familiar with Mercedes airstreams. But that you(Tony) had your service department go over everything to make sure all was in working order. I also specifically asked about the generator. And yes, we did negotiate for several weeks. Mostly because you said you would not fix the ground effect area. When I arrived and questioned the back tire being low. You said it was probably just from sitting. You had to take it to a different dealership to even fill the tire. I guess that should have been a red flag about the tire inspection. The other thing that we found was that the front Collison sensor was missing, and someone had gone in and turned off the front sensors. Not saying your company did that. Bit how did that not get noticed. Its the same front Collison system on all newer Mercedes. Then there was the peice on the canopy that was missing. You said you would replace it. To your credit, you did call and check on our return trip. At which time I told you the tire continued to lose air. We stopped at a tire shop and they found an old school plug at the side wall. They said that it was in an area that should never have been plugged or even patched. I am not saying your company did that. But if a true inspection was done. Then, it should have been found. I would also note that there is an inspection sticker on my windshield from your company that indicates tire inspection. I didn't ask you to pay for it, nor did you offer. We spent the night in a hotel so they could get a replacement tire. Probably the worst thing that I discovered when we made it home. Was the fact that carbon monoxide and fire detection had been disconnected. I took the vehicle into an airstream dealership for service. They found the auto shut off was disconnected from the generator, and the alarm monitors were in the overhead compartment. The alarms will go off if the generator is running and the auto fan does not open and come on. Then the auto shut off will turn off the generator. The funny thing is that in the pictures and videos I have of the vehicle from you. The fire and carbon monoxide devices are in place. That means someone removed them after you took the pictures to post the vehicle. Again I didn't ask you to assist with that or the collision sensors either. That is all part of purchasing a used vehicle. But some items are concerning for safety reasons. But when you specifically state that you are replacing something and then say it's to expensive. That is just not acceptable. I took a picture of the what we owe statement when you agreed to replace the part on the canopy. The picture i have does not have a dollar amount. For 6 weeks you said you were working on it. I even found a place that would make it. Since you said you could not find it as a stand-alone part. Your company has either lied or tried to take shortcuts on several occasions. I just didn't expect this type of dishonesty from you or company. And I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. It has been the worst dealership i have ever worked with. I will say my last sales person was actually very professional. The sales manager Tony is a different story.

I bought a Mercedes-Benz S Class Convertible from this dealership. I paid about $72,000 for this car. There was a major problem with the dash I was not informed about until I had already booked non-refundable tickets to pick up the car. I picked up the car anyways, I shouldn't have done it. I wrote a review before where they claimed to have ordered the dash and fixed it before I picked up the car but that did not happen. I went to get the dash fixed and there was $5,792.76 (including the dash) in things that I had to fix, the battery is also failing but that is on back order. I have tried contacting the sales manger, my sales person, the finance manager, and the general manager about this and have sent him all the receipts but he does not respond to my emails. They also told me they would mail me my license plates, that never happened and they just mailed me the title and a form to get the sales tax I paid Florida credited in Ohio. They never filed in the amount on the form and never responded to my requests trying to figure out how to get it back. I didn't get the form with the amount until May when I bought this car in January. I do not recommend buying a car here, especially if you are out of state.

I had gotten body work done there on my old car and Mark Heynes was super helpful and was about to get my car looking beautiful again. I went back to purchase a new car awhile back and had gotten an oil change done, while pulling in a young lady by the name of Taylor helped me right away. She was super knowledgeable and was able to get me the help I needed. I would recommend this place to everyone I know if they’re looking to buy a car or get service done. They’re truly a 5/5 star place in my eyes

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would! The service department has been so helpful. While getting my car serviced, I was talking to the young girl Jackie in the loaner department about your luxury cars and she was super sweet and really knowledgeable about your inventory. My husband and I will be back every time for this dealership. THANK YOU!

This was an easy 1/5. I purchased a used 2017 Lambo Huracan for over $200k with less then 11k miles at the beginning of this year and asked to take the car into a mechanic but was denied. 3 codes went off on the car and 2 weeks later I called to speak with the GM in disbelief that this outfit could sell a car for over $200k without fresh oil. After being told numerous times I’d get a call from the GM which didn’t happen and being hung up on 5 times, I drove 4 hrs round trip to talk to them. I could tell they were very nervous when I showed up and they told me they would be sending me a check for $1k to at least take care of the oil change. 6 weeks later I still haven’t received the check. To make matters worse… I lost access to my school email and asked Palm Beach Select to send me a copy of the contract.. of course they lied again that they would send it via email and I still have no contract. This is an extremely sketchy dealership that you can’t trust to say the least.

Anthony Wolter set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Anthony was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Thanks for making out experience so enjoyable. We are very happy with our Porsche .
