From start to finish my experience with Parkdale Auto was absolutely amazing! Anna was friendly and always answered my questions right away. She was never pushy or over bearing. From the second we walked into the door after our drive everyone was beyond friendly. Tyler the owner made us feel like we had known him forever. My daughter was joking with him and talked about it even after we got home. I am going to be telling everyone I know about this place. I am going to have to order a shirt from Tyler and have him bring it to me next year when he is in my area. I am absolutely in love with my Subaru. Driving over 3 hours to purchase a car I had not seen was a bit nerve wracking. My drive home was absolutely amazing! I will be getting ahold of Tyler in the future to purchase my next Subaru as well. Thank you so much to the Parkdale team. Seeing you all in your element and with your regular customers made us feel so at home. Ed was a hoot and the beautiful shop puppy was the icing on the cake! Thank you again!!

I bought my 2018 Honda CRV XL from Parkdale and when I am in the market again to buy a car, you can be sure I will go to Parkdale. They take care of their customers like family. Not very impressed with any of the services at Parkdale Auto. Tried to get a strut fixed and they wouldn’t do it, said the clunking sound is normal and not to worry about it. The reality is they didn’t want to take responsibility for selling it to someone that way and if they were a reputable business, they would have fixed it beforehand. Just got it fixed by a local mechanic who showed me the damage to the strut mount. Parkdale will overcharge you for parts and will overfill your engine oil too so save your money and go somewhere else.

Tyler and his team are fantastic. It’s super frustrating when your car breaks down but they make it a smooth process. They do an excellent job with repairs and communication. A day after getting my car back it wouldn’t start. Fearing the worst I called them. Dakota asked me some questions and diagnosed the problem as needing a new battery. He told me how to change it myself saving me more labor costs and a tow. He called at the end of the day just to check in and see if we were all set. I feel that is going above and beyond and it was very appreciated. I highly recommend them for repairs and car sales! You will not find a more friendly, welcoming and qualified auto business!

They always go over and above in every way....
They are quick in getting my vehicle in and very up front in what it's going to take to get me back on the road, I had to have my fuel line replaced and it was a GM part only which had to be ordered, they gave me a car to use until the repairs were done, I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience, hopefully some day I will be able to buy a car from there.

It’s a 4 because we’d only purchased the car from Parkde Auto a couple weeks prior, it’s a 2023 and a failed battery should be covered under warranty
