Bruce Hrabia sold me my vehicle and made it very simple to make the purchase in a minimal amount of time. I wasn’t there all day he got me to finances and out the door. We had the best experience with all people that we dealt with. First off Leni was fun, entertaining, helpful, and honest. He did not try to sell us a car we didn’t like. He pulled up two cars first we did not like (our taste no fault of the dealers) and then he pulled up our dream car! Wow it was amazing. He showed us everything let us drive and then we say down and talked numbers. He was super attentive and polite and never once pressured us. Then we spoke to finance….Scott was THEE BEST manager we have ever dealt with. He was polite and honest and he talked about our options realistically. He went above and beyond to make sure we got into our dream car. It was the best experience in all our years of buying a car. You want an amazing dealer Parks is it. Make sure to ask for Leni and Scott they gentleman will take perfect care of you.

Went to Toyota Parks Deland looking for a car without placing thousands of dollars down! Bruce Hrabia did his thing and found me a nice used car with low milage and not thousands down! Bad experience, I went to change my battery because I had bought it at a Toyota Dealer and it had an 84-month warranty. They made me wait outside for 20 minutes for them to come and help me. Then they asked me for a receipt for it, which I didn't have with me. They called and asked the other Dealer where I bought it but supposedly they couldn't get anything. They said I could change it by paying 50% of the proration because the battery was 24 months old🤦🏻‍♀️! It's not worth buying a battery that supposedly has an 84-month warranty, and they charge you a proration after 24 months, and with less than that you can buy a new battery with a full warranty without proration. That's what I did, I went to another place that could have given me more for less!!!

I have only gone to Parks for service on my 2011 Prius . Not purchased a car there. Service is good. They caught a problem on tires I had purchased from Walmart - slipped belt. John Defalco is my service advisor. A great guy.
