Mike Draper has been helping me out with my car for over two years now. He is amazing and I won’t get my car serviced anywhere else because of it. Heck, I probably won’t even buy a car anywhere else because of it! He goes above and beyond every single time. I’m so grateful to have him as a trusted service advisor. My car runs like the first day I bought it over 40k miles later. Thanks, Mike! You’re the best!

Mike at the Service Center is incredible. He’s possibly the only person at the service center that I feel comfortable working with. Jesse, made me feel as if he didn’t want to help. Everything felt rushed, and felt like he was only there to provide in-out service. I couldn’t even explain the problem with the car and he damn sure didn’t want to listen. 4 stars are for Mike only, thank you for being helpful (I couldnt give a 5 yet because we haven’t identified the root cause of the problem to the vehicle). Jesse gets a 1 star, and that’s only for showing up to work. After leaving my car there for over 7 hours, I was told to reset an appointment.

Listen, EVERYONE deserves to be treated fairly, equitably, and with KINDNESS. So, if you don’t like your job or working with people, find a new profession, or go work somewhere that doesn’t handle customers. That’s directly directed to Jesse. Mike, thanks for your help!

Let me start off saying that sales experience was fine no issues there! Although we were buying a late model high mileage vehicle, (15 Toyota RAV4) we were treated well! This is our 16 year old son’s first vehicle. We test drove it and we knew that something was not right with the brakes. My husband inspected it and assumed that he needed new and stated that to the salesman and sales manager believe and he provided a inspection report that stated that they changed the pads and inspected the brakes and the car was was safe to drive. The next day we wouldn’t allow him to drive it until we inspected the brakes ourselves. We pulled the tires off only to find the brakes were shot, rotors definitely should have been changed out and break pads were gone. We have the pictures for proof. Would’ve loved to give Deland Parks Toyota a five star review. But they need to ask themselves, would you put your 16-year-old kid in a vehicle like that and feel confident that he was safe. They lied to us. If you buy a used vehicle from them use caution, do a FULL inspection, don’t trust a piece of paper!

My greatest regret in 2024 was the day I went to Parks toyato deland to buy a car. The financial manager and his salesman lied and deceived me, i am new in the country and don't know how bad dealerships are. They took advantage of me. The price sales man told me was different from what the financial manager has on paper, and when I asked him, he said no worries, what we have here was what my sales man told you. My ancient is different,I don't know he is lying. They took my down payment of $3000. The salesman told me that the used car is $17696,while the value of the car was $12000. I told him i can't afford such an amount, that i can afford only 12000. We later agreed on 16000. The car has scratches all over the body and they promised to repair the car if i bought it, which they didn't. The financial manager increased the car price to $20.000 without telling me. They did not tell me how much my interest rate is and the price of the car. They told me that the car has 2 years warranty, but when i called the warranty company they told me the car has no warranty. English is not my language, I rely on what the financial manager and his sales man told me. I haven't stayed up to 7 months here in the state.
To date, I don't know how much my interest rate on the car is. They didn't ask me to go through the paper or go home with the paper. None of them didn't tell me how much my interest rate is, and what they told the bank is different from what they told me.This is a worse scam of my life. Those people aren't good. All they care is to make money and don't care how the customer feels. I don't wish anyone to fall the same victim 😪.
