PLEASE NOTE: The response from the owner is practically canned. Over the past 5 years I DID attempt to work this out with complaints. I was shut down every time. The commercial property right across the street connected to the county water system.

Hoping for a place that gives some benefit to long term residents? Keep looking. Absolutely sub-standard domestic water, and they will never correct it. They had the opportunity to hook us up to fresh county water... and failed or refused. Moved here in 2018, and the rent increases were around $25 per year. Lately? They are $100 or better for a postage-stamp sized lot. Same price for smaller lots on the North side as well-sized lots on the South side. I know that this review might decrease my property value, but unlike Corporate Florida, I will not lie for a better price.

The plus side is the views. It is where everyone comes for a vacation. Also, the property is well maintained and includes a pier at the Indian River.

Nice clean park with good amenities HOWEVER you never know if you'll have water or not and it's a real inconvenience to every resident here. The lot rent continues to go up yearly as they continue to patch the problem instead of replacing the old water lines. Just a warning!!

Well I know a guy that lives there he's happy the place is quiet they don't allow for all kinds of noise late night so rest assured you can get some sleep without some raunchy neighbors waking you up they got a nice looking dock private water access over on the river they also have a clubhouse for entertainment and whatnot imagine you could get the place if you had a party to do plenty of parking and they're across the street from the marina and restaurant it's a big metal box on the side of US1 Riverside area but that's directly across the street so there's a great restaurant right there too that's all I got🤙🏻💈💈💈

Very nice community. Well kept residences. Very clean with well manicured landscaping. Very serene atmosphere. Located on the Indian River. Conveniently close to shopping venues. It is a 55 and over manufactured home neighborhood. I recommend checking this place out...

Love the location. Very safe and feeling free here. The new company is putting in a water filter system. They had to increase the maintenance fee by $20. A fair fee for drinking water.
