I came into the Migaldi location in Lansing needing help on how to set up a particular 'auto-pay'. Ben was so wonderful and patient in showing me how. Of all the many, many times I've visited this branch, I have always been greeted with a smile and the tellers are so very kind.

PFCU has been a shining star in banking experiences for me. I had recently had some challenges with customer service from another credit union I've been a member of for many years and working with PFCU has been such an easy and pleasant experience. So well that we recently refinanced two other loans to this credit union since our initial loan. Jazlynn has saved us so much money with lower rates on these loans and was so attentive with our transactions. Thanks so much!

Iam a member at 2 other credit unions and pfcu is the first to charge me an inactive fee there is money in the account but they still took over 6 dollars for that fee. My son had an account and his credit score drop from 7.8 to 5 and they closed his account and sent him a check with a letter stating it was due to his scores

The staff of PFCU ARE THE VERY BEST EVER!! They are wonderful, kind and empathetic; just wonderful. Work hard to resolve your issues and give you the best peace of mind.

Look me dead in my face and didn't return greetings. I said "hello" again; she looked over her shoulder as if was going to close office door and still did not speak. God doesn't like ugly!

VERY POOR place to bank at! I was a victim of fraud and when I was disputing the charges, they treated me like a criminal. Then I got a letter in the mail saying they won't cover me and they are closing my account. I never even received a phone call about suspicious activity on my account. My advice is go to an actual bank that will monitor your account and care about you. I'd rate this place a 0 if I could.
