I have been a customer for this business for over 1 year. I was financed by them on my first owned car. I make.my payment sometimes ahead of schedule and I.pride myself on that. I had so many family health issues I forgot to make a payment a week late. I got a call from a man who was not only rude but judgmental. I did not like how he spoke to me or he's insensitive comments. I am working hard to get this paid off so I don't have to deal with type of unprofessional behavior. I which I could remember his name but what I can say he was flamboyant in his tone. I hope he reads this and pray he will hold his negative words. I can't express how hurt I was when I try to apologize for being late he went straight from being soooo rude.

PFS offers aggressive financing, giving individuals the opportunity to establish positive trade lines. To PFS their patrons are more than numbers, they're individuals and as a dealer who also values the individual, we feel the experience and treatment our customers receive from PFS reflects the service we strive to provide to our customers. Doing business with PFS is always a great experience, and we look forward to a continued, mutually beneficial, relationship.

Wonderful to work with this company because of Tracy.. To no fault of the company a girl totaled my new/ used vehicle. Thankfully they set me up with the right gap insurance and took the time to assist my stressed out craziness. A+ customer service from Tracy and I can’t recommend her enough.

Financed me with horrible credit! I made my payments on time and YES they do report to the credit agencies. Their team is nice and easy to make payments over the phone. I wish they were more current with reporting (they are behind a few months from what i can see) If they were just one month behind on reporting that would probably help a lot of people

This place is trash. Wish I had read some reviews before I financed through them. I have been making on time payments for a year without being late and they have not reported to the credit bureau ONCE! When I asked them they say it will be fixed by march but reading other reviews it looks like this has been an issue they have promised to resolve for a while now. I am not holding my breath. I bet if I was late or they repossessed my car it would be reported. But their software doesn't work right. The customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful. They suck their teeth and over talk you. And I swear they are charging me more than agreed. I can't prove it but after a year of payments (over $4000) my balance should be lower. I will be refinancing through my bank. This place is garbage....I will probably be opening a case with the BBB as well.

Awful service. I always feel that they try to create penalties to receive extra money. I bought this car with a promise of having this loan reported to my credit, which never happen. And that was almost 9 months ago. I already ask them to do that but they never did. But if I fail my payment one day, on the very next morning they call me to figure it out when I'm going to pay. They have an awful customer service.

They do not report to the creditors. Only negative none positive like stated. 24% interest rate on a car with a bad transmission. They promised to fix it then when it came time to pay the shop they said we'll if you can't pay it then we just do a voluntary repo. Because you can't afford the car plus repairs. Mind you I have to but a brand new battery to just drive it off the lot. They car lot masked the transmission issue until I felt it 3 days into the car. Immediately called PFS and the car lot and they assured me they would fix it. So the bill was 3400. PFS refused to pay it. Good lenders would have at the least paid it then added it into my loan. But they are just not good. Money hungry.
