Do not go here!!!! Was charged more than I was quoted and didn't find out until after I got charged. The extra money wasn't applied to my account and the insurance company took hours to resolve and it's still not what I was told I was being charged.

Sitting at the dealership and been calling them for 45 mins trying to add a car to our policy. Called all three PLPDs in mt pleasant, saginaw and flint. No damn answer. Ridiculous

Well, it's an insurance company so obviously it's a scam. They take advantage of poor people. They know poor people usually can't pay the entire 6 months up front so they charge an extra 20 bucks a month to make payments. They are polite though, so there's that. EDIT: I must have been in a pretty bad mood when I wrote this. The truth is, this place is a fine establishment to get insurance. It doesn't do anything that every other insurance company does, which is what I was bitching about above. They are pretty cheap which is a plus and the staff is always helpful and nice.

Not bad at first until the end of my first 6 month pay-period. I was told my rate was high because I was a new driver when I initially signed my plan and made my first down payment, and that afterwards my rate would decrease. My rate not only increased, but my policy I had changed afterwards without notice. During the period they apparently sent messages via email and mail that my premium would increase to the Michigan standard if I did not sign any paperwork to keep it the same- I did not receive any messages whatsoever (despite them apparently being sent) and have an email inbox with no such thing from them to prove it. The change in policy brought my rate up to $300, and when I signed the paperwork to bring my policy back down to the bare minimum it was still above what I had been paying previously. Mind you, I have no moving violations, felonies, DUIs, or anything of that nature. Car insurance is going up across the board but my initial rate never adjusted to meeting my first 6 months of payments like I was initially told it was. To anyone reading this: this is a reminder to never trust what an agent or dealer tells you unless you have it written on paper and signed.

Checked insurance rates for a friend, online app was difficult to use and advertisements for very low rate seem false. Would love to see this change for folks who really need the break of low vehicle insurance to get back and forth to work legally to provide for their families so one day they could afford higher coverage insurance.

If I could give negative stars I would. First off, you can't get anyone to answer the phone AT ALL during their hours of business. You can leave as many messages as you want and still have to say a prayer to get a return phone call. If by some grace of God you get someone to answer the phone you get this extremely unpleasant woman by the name of Stephanie who obviously is a very unhappy person. She is extremely rude and disrespectful and should never have been placed in a customer service role. Also she is not competent enough to handle the business aspect of her career choice due to not being able to answer the very simple questions she was asked. STAY FAR AWAY from this company and even further away from this Stephanie. We will be filing complaints with every business observation company to follow through with this thievery of a business. Not to mention you can't get anyone at their corporate office to answer a phone either. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to deal with a REAL auto insurance company.

Hard to get anyone to answer the phone .. DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I requested a copy of my policy (days ago - was told it'd be sent to my email within 24hrs) I still haven't received & as stated above can't get anyone to answer the phone!
