Customer service is always good here and they are staffed well, even on Saturdays (which makes it so convenient for customers). Have come here for several years and even though they share the parking lot with a very busy El Torito's restaurant you can always find parking. They offer the personalized service of a small Bank with a large range of products, services and hours / availability of a larger Bank. I definitely recommend this bank and specifically this branch on Canoga Avenue.

I've been a member since 1997. There's banks all over Southern California. I don't know about other states. This bank has treated me very well all these years.
