Mucho cuidado con esta empresa! ESTAFADORES!! He alquilado un coche para una semana a través de la web de Expedia y en ningún momento me han informado de cargos extras. Al llegar a la oficina me dijeron que el seguro del coche no estaba incluido y que lo tenía que contratar con ellos, el mas barato 500 € para una semana. Estamos locos? Al final cancelé la reserva y me cobraron un 50% del importe del alquiler para una semana, de lo contrario me lo habrían cobrado entero porque ya tenían los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito. No volveré a alquilar jamás un coche con ellos.

Estafadores!!!!!!! Todas las reseñas de 1 estrella son ciertas! Te cobran hasta 4 veces más del precio inicialmente establecido en Rental Cars con la excusa del seguro a terceros, aunque ya tengas un seguro contratado. Nos lo metieron como que fuera un depósito que finalmente no devuelven! La oficina es muy muy rara, sin ningún cartel con el nombre de la empresa por ningún lado, todo huele mal. No entiendo como los mayoristas tipo Rental Cars , Expedia etc se arriesgan a perder su credibilidad con este tipo de "empresas".

This company is a scam. just like the other 200 reviewers, I was also scammed by my own people, in my own country. What a shame! No matter what you show them it won't be enough and they will keep your "deposit". Rent from a reputable company and save your sanity

Avoid at all cost! They are scammers! They make you sign on a huge daily amount which they say is just a deposit which they will return to you but they never return! They don’t give you a local contact number. Also the contract they make you sign is in another company’s name not Priceless but SA 24 Rental, a total scam, we will report to authorities. Priceless never responds to the phone number listed on the website and the location given is fake we drove there and there were no offices.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Priceless Car Rental / AS24 RENT SRL at Henri Coanda (Otopeni) International Airport (OTP), Romania. I booked a car rental through Priceline in July 2024, expecting a smooth and hassle-free process, but it turned out to be quite the opposite.

Upon arriving at the rental location, I was informed that I needed to provide a credit card for a security deposit of $2,600 due to the requirement of proof of liability insurance, which I had already purchased through Priceline. Despite emailing the proof of insurance multiple times, the security deposit was never reversed upon returning the car.
The staff assured me that the security deposit would be refunded the next day, but as of today, I have not received the refund. This has caused significant inconvenience and financial stress. Additionally, I found numerous complaints online from other customers who had similar negative experiences with this rental company, including being charged for additional insurance and not having their security deposits returned.

Overall, my experience with Priceless Car Rental / AS24 RENT SRL has been extremely negative. I strongly advise against using this company due to their deceptive practices and poor customer service. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable car rental service unless you want to end up paying thousands of $$$$ for mediocre service and get ripped off (big time).

SCAM WARNING! PROFETIONAL CON ARTIST Pricelless car rental Otopeni/AS 24 RENT Srl.I have been scammed by this company with $4000 , And YOU will be their next victim if you rent from them!!
They will promise you verbally you will get your deposit money back, just to make you sign the contract,buying TPL insurance instead, and still lying that's a deposit.They will let you leave the country first, and then they will tell you that wasn't a deposit. My reservation was through Expedia fully insured. Expedia, Priceless Car Rental and other associates still sending people to them to get ripped off knowing and allowing this kind of practice!
I have been talking to customer service from Pricelless and Expedia numerous times, nothing It's been done so far. Please do your self a favor and stay away from them!! I wish google change their star options to negative stars.

Don't rent from them and avoid completely. They don't accept any car insurance including Expedia or Allstate. You have to purchase their own which is $200+/day. They tell you the money will go back to your account, but it never happens, because none of the insurance you have or got through Expedia satisfies "third party coverage"/company requirements. They requested all the paperwork from Expedia (it should never happen) because I booked through Expedia and from Allstate.
My car was approximately $540 including Expedia protection plan, but they charged me around $2,500, requested proof of my own insurance, and said it wasn't not good enough to provide the "third party coverage". They also charge for out of hours return, but it said they open 24 hrs. They wanted additional money for it.
Total scam, don't rent, go with national reliable rental agency.
They contacted me personally and picked me up from the airport, but it was all part of the scam. They are making money by covering you with their insurance, asking you to provide your own insurance coverage after you picked up the vehicle, and rejecting any proof of insurance you have provided after they put charge on your card for the vehicle + deposit which is mainly their own insurance coverage.
You will never get your deposit back.

All the 5 star reviews are FAKE!!! Please notice the trend all the 5 star reviews are from fake people with only 2-3 reviews. All the 1 star reviews are from people with 10-700 reviews under their name.

I usually try and give businesses the benifet of the doubt, and I tried here. However, this isn an absolute SCAM! 100% fraudulent. There's plenty of fine print on this guy's website. I am very knowledgeable on the legal side of things. I was able to meet all the requirements of the fine pri t to avoid paying the OUTRAGEOUS scam and bait fees. In the end, the guys just told me he didn't like me, so he was going to charge me double for everything. What on earth? And this was after spending 3 hours looking for the booth in the airport and the physical location, neither exist! Also spent 2 hours with Expedia trying to work things out.

Please trust your instincts here and STAY AWAY!!!!
