Mark Tedrow worked with me and made the purchase perfect. I called and made appointment to test drive he had it waiting as I pulled up clean and ready To go. I informed him my wife was not a fan of car dealers and in this event pretty much all the 3 hour drive home she kept saying how pleased she was with the purchase.even helped with a place to eat while he completed paper work. Galen was also a positive in this purchase. At 72 I did not think I could be this excited or a purchase of a used car but experience was great.

My brother and I own a HVAC company where we are always looking for service vans. We seldom have time to hunt for vehicles, let alone go test drive them etc. we were fortunate enough to connect with Mark from the GunLake location last year. He is the most honest down to earth ‘salesman’ I have ever met, since then we have bought 4 vans from them within the past year. All 4 vans had been carefully serviced and detailed to ensure we could comfortably add them to our fleet immediately. We have now worked with both Mark from the GunLake location, and Charlie from the Hudsonville location. Both awesome guys and you don’t feel like you are dealing with a typical “salesman” when working with these guys, that’s what we really appreciate. They understand our busy lifestyle, and are able to communicate with us on what we want, and have even been nice enough to deliver 2 of the vans to us due to a busy schedule. We worked with Noah Bredeweg on our purchase. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for based on our criteria. He was great at communication and keeping us up-to-date on the whole process. We will definitely work with him again on our next purchase. Everyone at Prince seemed very genuine and honest throughout the process. They weren’t pushy like I’ve encountered at other places, they were helpful and really just tried to make sure we were happy. Our vehicle turned out great; Prince had to make some repairs to it when they received it and we were very pleased with how it turned out. All good things to say about our experience!
