Pros: It is clean and feels safe. Offers many services and convenient location.

I have been a member since 2016. I recall a young lady that helped process a loan years ago. Her customer service skills were outstanding. My experience at public service credit union have been the best I have ever had. I’ve purchased 9 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience ever with Shaina. Shaina was so understanding, polite, and professional. And I hope the credit union knows the star that they have working for them. I will give her the employee of the year. Returning member 😊

Only reason why I stick with this Credit Union is for sentimental reasons and a few good staff besides that I would have been gone a long time ago. Shaina is horrible and has poor customer service skills. I believe her family member works at another location because she kept trying to tell me what she told me when she was not there getting frustrated and signing. Very professional.🤣 It's like how are you mad because of an issue I have with a representative that you know nothing about. I keep asking to speak with a Manager to no avail. Then this lady who sounds just like Shaina informed me that they don't have managers. Are you kidding me? Can a manager reach out to me if you read this review? It would be greatly appreciated.
Today the manager reached out to me. I just want to say thank you Sonya for reaching out to me. I appreciate it. Your just what the location needs as fwr as management is concerned. I wish there were more people that took pride in customer service as you do.❤️
