My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Quality Inn/Ironwood. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & peaceful. The jacuzzi was hot & inviting. The pool was cool & refreshing. We had breakfast every day & enjoyed their hot waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties & links. Their red apples were sweet & juicy. The coffee & OJ was good. We will definitely come back!

Firing someone arbitrarily who does their job is complete BS. Having a phone, switch, or laptop behind the front desk shouldn't be a fireable offense especially when that person does their job and isn't distracted by said item. It's mind blowing to me how another employee who isn't in charge has so much power over everything. As long as the employee is doing their job and isn't distracted there should be ZERO reason to terminate them. SHAME ON YOU!

It's not a skewed view, as a former manager I would never let an employee go who was doing their job regardless of if they had a "distraction" item with them. So long as that item did not affect their work. I also would never fire an employee over a text message. Of which I've seen. I could understand if said employee was slacking, not taking care of customers, ignoring basic duties. However, that wasn't the case. I would also never fire someone without fully talking to them, not leaving a little note in the office, but actually sitting down and talking to them. You may find out that there's a reason they have the item on them, it also gives you a chance to address any other concerns. However, that seems to be a foreign concept up here, good, reliable employees are hard to find. Especially up here and letting one go because of something trivial, again saw the text messages, is shooting yourself in the foot.

Great stay- super nice staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast options, quiet hotel, we decided to stay a second night. I accidently left my sweatshirt and they kindly sent it back to me. Will stay again next time in Ironwood.

Certainly not worth $180. The beds were ok at best. Bedding was clean and room was ok, sticky table with cup rings on it clearly not wiped. Visible mold on bathroom ceiling in 209, we requested a move due to allergies, moved to 210 which also had mold on the bathroom ceiling and at the bathroom sink, the bathroom door was deteriorating at the bottom. The pool was and hot tub were closed for cleaning-which we didn’t care. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and accommodating and it’s located right next door to kwik trip, so when you discover the not so appealing breakfast, you can walk next door and get some.

We were very impressed with the Quality Inn in Ironwood. The room decor was older, but everything was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and everything had great flavor! The coffee was amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Thank you Quality Inn for a great stay.

Rooms were decent, looked clean but had very bad odor. Parking lot was flooded 5-6 inches of water. Remember if you go in rainy season. Excellent service and easy checking and checkout.

Very average two star motel with a pleasant staff and subpar breakfast. Room was dated and had a cleaning solution smell. Bed was just ok and pillows were small but worked out well. We came in late and left early. Decent value compared to others nearby. |The tap water was very unpleasant and I used bottled water even to brush my teeth.
