Made appointment, arrived early, 3 hours and 15 minutes later I'm handed a bill that exceeded original estimate by 400 dollars! Not impressed!

Had 2 tires go bad on a vacation. Dwayne went above and beyond to help us out.i can not thank him enough. The guys in the back did a great job too. Very fast. Amazing experience.

I went in 30 minutes before closing and was able to get right in. Jacob was my service man. He’s always knowledgeable, kind and thorough with a big smile. I’ll will always go to Krapohl Ford for my oil changes.

I went on a Monday morning when they opened. I got right in and out. I feel that they do a very good job with checking over your brakes and tires besides doing the oil change. They are a little more expensive then the drive thru oil change places but I feel more confident about the work that these guys are doing. I highly recommend this place.

Good service. Good prices. Just wish the longhaired young guy at the desk would wear his mask properly. I felt pretty uncomfortable, especially when he came out from behind the counter and approached an elderly woman essentially unmasked. Literally every other worker was wearing theirs.

Monday, Oct 19th, 2020.
Spent well over an hour waiting for an oil change. Watched the employees meandering around. No sense of urgency. I've worked on cars for the better part of 20 years. Oil changes shouldn't take more than 15 minutes(yes, on a hot engine). I can do it at home with a floor jack in that amount of time.
The oil change would get done, THEN they would check everything else. Finally after about 45 minutes, they decided "maybe we should work a little faster". I feel like I need to go in there and show them how its done. Very disappointing, I had been there before, cars would be in and out within 20 minutes. Don't know what was going on monday, but they were slacking. All that said, the employee's were friendly, and it did get done for $20 more that I would spend buying the stuff myself. So I can't hate on them too much. Just irritated.

Use to come here a lot. Quit coming because there oil wasn't the greatest. My vehicle lower lifters started making noise. Went to fast Eddie's on the opposite side of the city. Two thousands mile in. Now my lower lifters are barely making noise. Then my wife car was vehicle power steering was going out. Had a small leak somewhere. They wanted me to replace the entire thing. Took her car to fast Eddie's. They recommended putting Lucas stuff in it for power steering. I said I'll try. Then 5,000 miles later. I haven't had to put a single drop power steering fluid in it. Saved us over $800. You can say I won't come back here for a while.
