One star is too much! Where do I start? The employees are not fully trained and often give false information. I was told I could cash their check at Wells Fargo… that was incorrect. Wells Fargo does not have a contract to cash their checks which they don’t tell you. So most likely you must pay a fee to cash their checks which check. Regional finance does not cash checks. I applied for a loan in store and the interest rate was higher than what I was offered in the mail from Regional finance. The customer service is poor as they don’t tell you everything you need to know prior to applying for a loan. Interest rates go as high as 60%
It’s a no for me, be smart folks!

Every once in awhile you meet someone that makes you feel important and cared for. Today I meet Rose Hernandez a representative of The Regional Finance working in the loan dept. She was attentive to my needs, concerns and promptly helped me complete a loan application. She was so thoughtful about taking up to much of my time and told me to call her prior to getting to the office so she could have the approved application ready for my signature.
If anyone needing some help financially please call Rose Hernandez of The Round Rock office. I am confident she can help you also.
