If I could give zero starts I would! My fiance and I just bought a Cadillac off this joker for 7 grand. As soon as we get it on the highway about 35 it starts showing clear signs of transmission issues. Fast forward a few days and the battery is dead. A parasitic drain that can’t be found. Still isn’t running properly Got a hold of this guy and says there’s nothing he can do with us living so far blah blah. So thanks for nothing. No vehicle and no money! Hope you sleep well at night knowing damn well you screwed over good people. Reliable auto sales haha that’s a good one.

My wife and I have been looking for a second car for a while and have been given the runaround by dealers and mechanics alike. When we came in to talk with Brian about a Buick Allure in his lot, the whole process was simple and he was very open and transparent about what he had fixed on the vehicle, as well as what they knew about the vehicle before fixing it up, including what he could see as an expert.

On top of that, the facilities at both locations are clean, inviting, and very well taken care of. Pictures I've posted are both for the dealership location AND their shop down the road.

Anyway, we ended up walking out the door with the Allure for a great price, including a warranty and a personal agreement for reduced cost future mechanic work that goes past the term of the warranty.

I bought a Cadillac SRX from Reliable Auto Sales. That was probably the first problem, buying a used Cadillac. When I test drove the vehicle in town everything seemed fine. On the way home on the interstate once I hit 45 mph I had a misfire in cylinder one. $85 to fix that. Not a big problem. 2 days later it is dead in my driveway. The is a parasitic drain of 1300 milliamps. It's been at the mechanic for 2 and a half weeks now. They can't find the drain. Is going to cost me another $1000 on top of the $7000 I paid for it and they still haven't solved the drain. I talked with 3 mechanics and they said they had to know about it and just didn't say anything and cleared the codes before the sale. Make sure you take their vehicles on a good test drive so this doesn't happen to you. My family isn't blessed with money. This was a big buy for us and now we are in a much deeper hole because of this. I feel I was knowingly sold a lemon.

Got a ford escape from them recently, ended up having a starting problem and took it back and they fixed it straight away! She runs beautifully now, I will be reccomending them to everyone

its my first time coming here and was provided speedy same day service on New Years Eve.

when I arrived at 8 AM in panic mode with a brake line leak they generously gave me a ride home since everyone I called to give me a ride home was still in bed.

an hour later they gave me a courtesy call back to let me know my car repairs were finished AND offered me ride back to pick up my car. ThankYou

Overcharged for a battery for my truck plus the staff at this business told me who to call for a tow, which cost me $65 for a 7 mile tow plus $330.00 for a new batter and installation. Should have just had the truck towed to Jackson. Never again!!! I lose all respect for a business that knows the customer is in a pickle so the company, it seems, overcharges.
