This would be the second time this company tried to collect a debt illegally. The first time I had to send court documents and balance owed for them to remove off my credit but it wasn't easy. They didn't even own the debt.

Several years later they tried the same thing. They tried to state to the collection agency that they was sending my correspondent and when I asked for it the operator tried to trick me into something else. I called her for information and she in turned change the whole dynamics of the conversation into her filing a fraud case when I did even ask for her to report fraud. I asked if she can send me information concerning this account. for example, she tried to tell me to file a police report for fraud and etc. when I called asking for ownership of the account. I asked for a balance sheet with a payment history, I asked to send me something stating they tried to contact me. She refused to send me the information. she would not answer any question concerning my account unless I agreed to give them permission to send me emails. This lady tried to over talk me and deceive me into something I've never said. This business need to be monitored.

This company staff is rude, unprofessional and deceitful. she tried to tell me in order to get the things I'm requesting I have to file a police report. I reported them to the BBB.

I'm still waiting for this company to send me my contract, ownership of debt , proof they can collect in my state, and much more. I want to know if they company hired them or did they buy the debt.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They are the most aggressive yet unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. In the emails they don't spell my name right yet my name is in my email. They don't answer any questions that I have asked about how this is my responsibility. When I try to get a hold of them thy hang up on me or just don't answer what I am asking. I am so beyond frustrated. I went as far as to report them to the BBB

The people at this debt collecting agency are SO professional. You know what I really love? Calling them back as they claim I have debt and were very vague when they left an answer. So naturally I call to see what they are talking about and immediately they ask do you intend to pay this debt today?
I ask them what the debt is for and they claim it's for some medical debt that was taken care of years ago. Then they ask again are you paying this today yes or no. So I tell them I am not paying on phantom debt and I want to request not to be co taced about this matter. Even better they hung up.
Gotta say I REALLY LOVE their attitude and their aggressive approach.

Do I owe a debt? Yes. Did I deserve to be spoken to by William with such aggression and disrespect? No, not one bit.
I was in a situation where I was a Co-Signer on the lease and the primary leaseholder ended up not covering the rent when they were supposed to. Now with the account going under my name, Hunter Warfield has been constantly borderline harassing me.

This phone call sealed the deal. The man named William stated he will not “be going back and forth” with me and will resort to legal action.

They should not be allowed to be attached to a credit report for any reason. But since they are it is too bad for anyone being contacted by these people. Called me twice on Thanksgiving Day and always trying to negotiate money payment

Alright, so hear me out lol. As hard as it may seem to believe. They do delete the collection off your credit if you pay it. BUT…. I did pay the FULL balance(I didn’t want another collection agency coming back later saying I owed them ANYTHING). I never spoke to anyone. I went through the notice in my email(I’d been getting for over a yr and a half). I tried to see if they’d do a pay to delete(through email) and I didn’t get a response. So I just said forget it and paid the debt. I figured if nothing else at least my debt will be gone. I was stressing about it still being on my credit report and then TODAY it’s gone😭. It hasn’t even been 30 days. Not gone lie, 🤣 I think me paying the full balance and not trying to take a settlement kinda helped🤔. Anyway, they’ll delete it. But they aren’t going to tell you that. And it may be case by case. Just wanna to give folks a little hope. Mine definitely came off my credit💪🏾.

The people at this company are rude and horrible to deal with. I had 3 people tell me different things. They will not answer your questions in full. They try to talk over you then say you interrupted them. I feel like they are not honest in anything they say. They refuse to produce any documents till after you pay.
