Brad Hughes was excellent in helping me get into the right truck for me. He was patient as I went back and forth on what I wanted and when the timing was correct. When the time was right he was ready to go and hooked me up with a great deal on a GMC Canyon Denali! It all came together in perfect timing and I was able to get the financing & paperwork signed all in the same afternoon and drove home in my new truck! Eric Sudall was also great to work with getting the final docs signed and put together. Overall it was a great experience, I will be recommending Brad Hughes to any of my friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle and want to work with someone they can trust!

I recently visited this dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle but left completely dissatisfied. My experience was marked by dismissive and unprofessional behavior, inaccurate listings, and a general lack of customer service.

After spending 45 minutes at the location, only about 10 minutes were spent discussing the vehicle. The rest of the time, we were left waiting, unsure of the salesman’s whereabouts. When we asked another employee about him, we were rudely told to “just sit down and be patient.”

I came in to test drive an Escalade listed online with low mileage, but upon driving the car, I found the actual mileage was almost 4,000 miles higher than advertised. This major discrepancy significantly affected the vehicle’s value. When I pointed this out, the salesman brushed it off, saying the listing was “off a little bit.”

For my trade-in, they offered me a price below the average for its condition, citing Kelley Blue Book prices but claiming they were inflated so they should be offering me less than what it says the value is. When I asked them to reconsider, they flatly refused.

Despite the mileage discrepancy, I was still interested in the car and offered just $2000 less than they were asking. The salesman rudely dismissed my offer, put his paper down and said “yeah that’s not gonna happen” without even consulting a manager. His refusal to discuss or negotiate further made it clear they weren’t interested in finding a mutually beneficial solution.

This dealership made me feel very unappreciated as a customer. It was as if they didn’t want to sell the car. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I'm the owner of two GMC vehicles. Dealership did not disclose that there was an additional fee for tire rotation when having oil change completed. This had always been a courtesy service associated with a full service oli change in the past under the previous two dealership owners. I pay for the free tire rotation "perk" from the local tire retail store in town, but appreciated the convenience of having it done with the oil change. Out the door price for service was more than I've ever paid in the past 10 years of owning this GMC. I shared my disappointment with paying for the same thing twice and service associate stated that she'd contact her manager to find out what could be done and would be in touch with me. No follow up received. I have now shared my negative experience with friends, family, and coworkers who had previously used this location when it was under previous ownership. Going forward, none of us will be returning to Richardsons. Past customers of Betten Baker (and McCardle's) be aware.

I came in on a Wednesday a few hours before they were closing, I had an old chrysler for a trade & I worked with Richard who is the sales manager & Andrew G. They were very helpful as far as running numbers, making sure I got the car I wanted! I had a pre approval through my bank so the process went smooth overall & I walked out with my car within 3 hours, all papers signed, no money down. I would highly recommend this dealership. The only hiccup I had was that my car was missing the right paddle, but a simple text and call to Scott in the service department fixed it and ordered the part the very next day.

I dropped in bettenbaker to discuss my trade and inquire about a specific new car. While they did a cursory review and did put some figures together, I could tell that they weren’t taking me seriously as a buyer. In response to my questions, it was shrugging, curt answers, or “I don’t know” with no effort to find the answer. I went to the Labadie GMC in bay city the next day and walked out with a huge new 2025 EV SUV. The experience was completely different, they showed me every aspect of the car and features for me to try out, worked hard with me to get GM employee/friend benefit pricing, and overall provided a top notch experience when buying a luxury car. Anyhow, as a young woman, I would not recommend this dealer for a luxury car purchase. Although, my husband has had similar experiences with them. I’ve had 5 luxury cars from different dealers, etc and I would not recommend this one.

I called the dealership to discuss buying or leasing a Cadillac Lyriq. I spoke with Shaine. Shaine did what all sales people do and said what are you willing to spend? Why would you ask that before even getting to know me and what I am looking for. I was expecting good service since it’s Cadillac. I was wrong!!!

I gave him information and never heard back from him.

I went to another Cadillac dealership! They are getting me the pricing and Lyriq I was looking for. So I will end up buying the car from them.
