We were at Riverside a couple of weeks ago trying to purchase a Charger AWD. The car had a safety recall and stop sale on it which is understandable. We were hesitant to go there because of the TERIBLE!!!! service we had in the past but figured we would give them another chance. They told me that they would see what they could find and call me in a couple days. Two weeks and nothing. We are now the proud owners of a 300 AWD that we bought at Breaman in Merrill Wi.
I'm actually happy that they didn't value me enough to want my business because we have a much better car at a much better deal and a very pleasant experience at Breaman. I guess that I should have realized after it took 6 weeks to replace a heater core in my Jeep, that customer service is not their thing. Lie, cheat, and steal.

I went to Riverside in a tight situation, and my options were VERY limited. The finance manager, Mike, went above and beyond to help me find a solution and vehicle. After 2 or 3 days of going out of his way, I was able to successfully trade in my car for a Jeep. Him and my sales rep Mike Pudlo were very personable, kind, and most definitely caring in my situation. I highly recommend Riverside for a vehicle!

Super great guys to work with! The staff was awesome! They worked with me to get finance options where I needed them and just made the overall experience great and easy. After the test drive it was a simple “yes” decision. Even had the vehicle pulled up with AC running so it was cool for the test drive. Flat out great experience!
