Would not recommend. Customer service is bottom tier and their policies are horrible. Everything is so difficult and inconvenient. They recently merged with another company which wasn’t surprising. It’s always the crap companies that get purchased by another. Choose a different place to put your money!

The only thing worse than being a member at RCU is working for this forsaken 'company'. Mismanaged from the very top. CEO is only interested in quick mergers and paydays and Blue Ox took over the show. The days of Stampers and Rivertown CU are gone. Move your money elsewhere ASAP.

Shane Boyd the branch manager, had my card destroyed. The reason for this, he said is of security. Which is false. The ATM wasn't working properly and took my card. I didn't enter the wrong PIN number. How ever, now I have to go to my credit union to get a new card because of their mistake. I would not recommend this branch. Shane Boyd was condescending and arrogant, laughing at me when I tried to explain my situation. Then shifting the blame to myself, and my affiliated credit union. Totally unprofessional.

I’ve had a business account here for over 10 years. This place is now horrible with its new policies and staff. 1k daily limit on debit card use makes it impossible to run a business through this place. I will be closing my account. Not to mention the horrible interest rates, way below everyone else. My other 5 credit unions offer 5+ % interest on their savings accounts, this place last I looked was at 0.00001% or something ridiculous like that. Unbelievable!

If you have a loved one and you have an estate account with them beware. After I closed the estate accounts they allowed a company to withdraw money out of the account. Plus, the account they withdrew it from wasn’t the original account they used it was the estate account which they shouldn’t have had the routing numbers or account number for.
