Delivered a $2K+ roof top tent damaged. Driver was parked blocking traffic and mailman was honking horn. I was rushed into signing paper. I noticed the damage immediately and called R+L while truck was still in neighborhood. They said I signed their paper so there is nothing they can do.
This is a terrible company. Clearly they damaged it and take no responsibility for it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Terrible human beings to do this the day after Christmas.

Update: THEY DON'T RESPOND. Someone replied to this review telling me to message them on their website via RL Cares. The site said it went to their higher ups, like VP of operations or something and they'll respond within 24 hours. They didn't.

They'll ruin your delivery.
They'll take no responsibility for it.
They'll respond to bad Google reviews but then not respond on their official lines of communication.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They called to set up a delivery date, gave me a confirmation delivery date for the next day. The driver called thirty minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and everything came perfectly intact. The delivery window was between 11-3 and he arrived at my house at noon! I’m one happy customer! The driver was Pro # I127246122.

Huge shout out to R-L Carriers, and more importantly, to Treyvon, the delivery person who was one of the most professional delivery people I've met. We received a 500 pound grill system 2 weeks earlier than we thought--a huge win. And despite torrential rain, and gate issues because of thunder and lightning, which shorted out the gate opening, Treyvon worked through the gate issues with my husband, in the pouring rain, and delivered the system, singlehandedly, and with a smile, directly into our garage. Treyvon was alone, really, he could have used another hand to help him negotiate the bulk shipment, but, with umbrella in hand, and smile on his face, he took care of everything. If he was bothered by the torrential rain, and the issues which took longer than expected, he never showed it. Hats off to Treyvon and R-L Carriers. Your people reflect your business, and this kid, Treyvon reps your company in the best of ways. Thank you.

Used this company to pick up and ship a large bumper for my truck. They were given a pretty specific pick up window as the pickup was residential. They just showed up and then called wanting to know where someone was. They then hit the bumper with what appears to be a forklift. Ripped the wrapping and scratched the bumper. After filing a claim I was told I could be reimbursed $6.50 no where near enough to fix the issues and definitely not worth the almost $300 shipping cost

Very disorganized company. Avoid at all costs. I have been attempting for 2 days to receive a 2 pallets. I receive an email my package is out for delivery both days. It must have a signature to be delivered so someone must be present to receive it. I wait 2 hours after closing time both days. We close at 5pm and I wanted till 7pm. Everytime I call they cannot give an update. If they send to “dispatcher” they are never at their desk. When you call back they try same thing again. I asked to ensure the dispatcher is at their desk. They say oh yes they are! No one ever answers. When I call back to start over since no one answered from dispatcher desk. They now won’t pick up the main phone. I get my friends cell phone and they pick up immediately. This occurred both yesterday and today. They are actively deceiving you and avoiding. I don’t care what day the packages come but let me know if it will actually be delivered or not. I would have been happy to go home at 5pm when we closed but they said it’s out for delivery and if I’m not there then I won’t have packages. I have wasted so much time waiting for them. Don’t say Everyday that it’s out to be delivered when it’s very much not being delivered. I’m starting to believe it’s lost, never was on a truck, or who knows. The employees are not there to help, just to push to someone else. They phone line recording even mentions “world class customer service”it’s laughable at best.

Had a partial delivery three days ago and no communication or help on locating or delivering missing freight. Supplier produced documents showing it was accepted. Seems like a very disorganized company. I was told today I can file a claim I guess to them it would be easier to pay $1,200 than locate and deliver the missing pallet. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied
