First time going to this place and they weren’t even open. When I arrived, at 8:40, the door was locked and there was a sign that said be back in 15 minutes. There were three other people already waiting there and the one person left because they said they do this every night. The one person said that they were there for 12 minutes when I arrived and they wound up leaving. I wonder if the owner knows what’s going on, because that’s a lot of business to be losing.

We all know reviews are very arbitrary. You never know true intentions. A valid and accurate review can be difficult to find. So, I decided years ago to become a Google guide and will only be honest for the next customers. I have no personal relationships with the owners or any of the employees. With that said, I have visited every shop like this in the area. All of them have my reviews. This is the shop that stands out for many reasons. Great customer service. Professional attitude. Accurate product knowledge. Huge selection. Very competitive pricing. I had one issue in three years with a bad nic vape and they swapped it out for me with a smile. I’ve built trust with the owners and employees and it shows. Please trust me here, and just set your gps to R&M and go. I’ve given this company five stars only because there’s no option for ten. Thank you R&M for being such a wonderful part of the community.

Good place, lots of things the only downside is, it's never open on time. It says it opens at nine but sometimes it opens at 930, or opens at 10. It's never constantly open at 9 .

Yep. Just found my (New Smoke Shop Store) Just met the owner of this shop, and must say his Welcoming Calm Demeanor showed me I arrived into the right place to spend my money. The store is extra clean, and wasnt crowded with nonsense like most places. It's has that strong local feeling that's rare to find, where you know your business with them are appreciated fully. So if you want to be one of the first people that he get to know by name as his first customers, then you best get there quick. His prices are honestly fair at low cost. I saved over $10 by just buying what I was going to buy from the other stores. Sprays in other stores are $12.99 so It no longer make sense to continue spending double, when I can stop by this store while on my daily routes. I'll be telling friends and family about this shop.
