I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Rozema's Car Care. This is the only place I have taken my car to since I moved to the Grand Rapids area 4 years ago, and I don't plan on that changing anytime in the future. The staff is fabulous! I personally interacted with Ali & Brooke, they are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns you have. The online portal that they use for giving updates on what the mechanics find is phenomenal. It is very easy to use and track progress of your vehicle. They even gave me a call to check in a week after I picked up my vehicle to check how everything was going. I would highly recommend that you contact Rozema's Car care if you have any needs for your vehicle. 5 stars all around!

Fair Pricing After I told them to explain the itemization of a project that should cost max $1500 (they wanted to charge me $5500) they immediately apologized and reduced it $3,000. I provided invoices from other mechanics and Nicole/ Ally claimed that the parts were OEM and warrantied. so like any other mechanic? They threw in additional charges in case something that amounted to over $500 broke when working on it. These guys are jokes who are not afraid to take advantage of you.

Great place!!! I'm thankful I took my truck to them. The customer service is amazing. They supplied me with a loaner while they fixed my truck. They also do a complete look at the entire vehicle to put your mind at ease. I will definitely be going back for all my mechanical needs. Thank you all again!!

They were great to work with. Communicated by text (which I love) about the issues I was having prior to drop off. Drop off was quick, and the shuttle home was prompt. When they called with an update they were very thorough with the explanation of what might need to be done. They were able to provide a loaner vehicle very quickly as the job wasn’t going to be done same day. When the job was complete they provided a very thorough report on the vehicle and what to watch out for moving forward. Highly recommend.

I love the pictures and reports they send after every visit, even if it’s just an oil change. I haven’t felt any pressure to spend extra money here but they do a great job informing you of maintenance needs.

Definitely more honest and experienced than the previous shop we used to visit!

The work done was fine and as expected. Pricing is much higher than others in the area for diagnostics, and the diagnostic fee ($190) was not waived for getting the problem fixed at their shop. This was the first shop I’ve been to where the fee was so high and not waived.

I appreciate rapid response and understand the reason of the diagnostic fee but noticed a review by Pierre from 2 months ago that also acknowledged he had a diagnostic fee but it was waived since your shop did the repair

They did an excellent job fixing my 2003 Jetta. The car needed a front-end alignment, but more importantly, it required significant mechanical work on the A-frame and other components in the front-end suspension. Their communication was outstanding, focusing on addressing the root problem instead of just completing the alignment.

Their inspection process was thorough and professional. While they charge for inspections if you choose not to have the repairs done with them, they waive the fee if you proceed with the service. If you're considering buying a used car, I highly recommend their team for a comprehensive inspection. Their attention to detail and clear communication make them a fantastic choice.
