I bought a vehicle from the cedar location which is apparently closed. My vehicle stopped working properly within 3 months and has been in the repair shop since. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I feel like I was scammed and this will be a legal matter. Don't cheat yourself stay away from this company

wont stop sending stuff to my house trying to serve the previous tenant with a lawsuit, leaving notices on my door and being generally invasive. if you see this, taylor does not live on hayford anymore, i have no clue who he is, and you need to leave my family alone.

I had bought a 2004 Dodge Durango from them a while back and there were issues with it from the beginning. The Axles had issues. The motor was not ever fully functioning. The battery was too small. Screws to hold plastic parts in place were missing and every time during the initial warranty period their Mechanics said there wasn’t any issues when there was

This dealership is a complete scam bought a 2010 ford pickup the engine malfunctioned the first day I had it they attempted to fix it and messed it up worse drove it 3 times and had it 4 months it never got fixed and when I had to take matters into my own hands and took the truck back due to refusal of work the motor was missing parts and stripped bolts!! and I personally had to buy a motor and fix it bc they refused I paid 2,000$ for a warranty for absolutely no reason!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

So far pretty good. Sales wasn't pushy and more then willing to accommodate. Edit to review after owning vehicle for almost 2 yrs their story changes they do not offer the traditional auto pay and don't acknowledge their times that they say they will pull by. They manually run your card versus an actual auto pay where their computer system pulls the payment with no human Interaction. Horrible company finance manager catches attitude with customers asking questions. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. To top off the loss of stars review I want to mention they expect customers to acknowledge anything wrong with the vehicle before they take possession of vehicle. I had found that the engine has a bad rear main seal that they refuse to address leaving the expense on the customer.

Why is everyone complaining? This is a place for people with bad credit. Every single car is a auction repo. What do you expect? I got my plates after 1 week not months. It took my daughter a couple of months but it was in the thick of covid and Secretary of State was the problem not RPM. If your expecting a like new car then go to a car dealer and buy anew one, but you'll get screwed by them also. I went to their competition and bought 2009 car from them. Now they were rude and I had to pay $12,000 for that hunk of junk. They even told me that they replaced my engine and they didn't. It broke down a month later. I've had no problems with RPM and neither has anyone else that I've known to have bought cars from them. Quit complaining.

Dont come here they play nice to get your money then sale you a lemon i will never deal with these guys never again .customer service is bad an rude i will never shop here again then they wont give you a loaner car until they done with the repairs .i gave my hard earn money to these people an still paying a car note an they cant even keep their customers happy so sad i had to deal with these guys if you don't want to get sued by these guys for repossession for a car you will never have a chance to drive or have a detective track your gps location just by having your phone number just to repo a car . Save yourself the headache and your money an shop elsewhere for a decent reliable car because this place is not it if I can give it no stars I would.
