2 stars because the atm at this location is always having some sort of issue. For every 10x I may drive over here to do a transaction, more than half the time 6/10, there's some sort of problem and I'm unable to make the transaction using the atm system. This is super annoying, please do better .

Hello - I want to personally thank Dawn Marie Clark, Bank Manager of the Merrimack Valley Credit Union Brookline Branch. Dawn came to my rescue while trying to use the DeposZip on the app and website. After talking to multiple Customer Service Representatives, Dawn along with the Checking Department Folks had me up and running with my online checking deposits. THANK YOU very much!

Everyone here is very kind. Easy in and out process without any complications. One to two tellers observed each visit. No complaints.

There is a female teller that has NO Costumer service what so ever. She was very rude. Saw us standing outside for a good few minutes. She looked at us did but did not acknowledge us. No greetings. She also looked bother for us to be there, seems lazy to work. I know that Covid has made things more complicated. But some things can't really be done online.

Called for information on the PPP. Woman had no idea what I was talking about; sat on hold for 10 mins and then was disconnected. How can anyone in the banking industry never have heard of a 375B loan that your bank is participating in?

Great staff, no wait, and transactions are quick and secure. They don't do what many banks try with regard to pressuring you to open an account of other stuff
