This was my first time getting a house. My first going through a Lender and Realtor also. It was an interesting journey, to say the least. There were a lot of to do list items. It took almost 8mo to get to what they call Closing!
There were a lot of trying times but, also a lot of interesting, fun times as well. The communication between my Realtor, Lender and I was something to admire. More the lender but I digress.
Before I was able to close, I toured 3-5 houses. Ending up where I am currently. Ruoff and my Realtor were close, so it made the process alittle more comfortable.
I cant Thank everyone involved, enough for all their help, guidance, insight, determination and dedication. It was a very long and bumpy road, getting the house I call home! Thanks for being there most of every step along the way.
