Just recently I had a problem with JTV. DEBBIE in customer service went above and beyond to help me. Debbie is very caring and concerned. I found that San Antonio Citizens Credit Union has exceptional customer service. Alanda went above and beyond for me also. Very personable and caring.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS YOU BETTER BELIEVE THAT I WOULD GIVE ALL THE NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD LET ME!! This credit union is not a good place to bank if you are a small business because they are not small business friendly and go above and beyond to make it as difficult as possible for you First issue is that they try to force you to join and pay to belong to another establishment or you can't have a business account. Second, they know that you have a small business and your funds that are deposited are very influential in the operation of your business, but put lengthy holds on your deposits even though the other bank has cleared and paid out the funds, and they know holding up funds can hault the operation of your business until they release your funds. Then, your deposit shows approved but yet your funds are not available becausethelongeryour funds are there the are drawing interest for them but mot for you. If you are a small business owner or just an individual who needs their funds in a timely manner, I suggest you find another bank or credit union, because this one is not about your success or needs but only for their fees and needs and the kick backs from the other establishment they force you to join. The Manager at The Zephyrhills location is very deceitful person andbputs unnecessary holds on funds because when asked " Well, what happens if the other bank appoves and releases the funds before 5 days will it be available earlier" and she said "it will take 5 days to get the funds in your account " so I contacted the customer who wrote the check and they said that the bank already paid on her end, which means they are holding funds that they have already received. BAD BUSINESS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES..

Online security sucks I'm constantly having to get a new debit card and and it takes like 2 weeks to get a new one and they won't print you a temporary card

Best bank I have ever been with. The employees go above and beyond for all customers. I would recommend this bank over any bank in the united states. You could never ask for a bank to be better to there customers. I have service dog and they always welcome him into the bank and they even know his name like they know mine. At this bank you are a person not a number.

Always friendly staff. 4 of 5 stars because I wish the were open on Saturday if even for a few hours. I work an hour out if town and difficult to do business before they open or after closing. I have to take time off to go to my bank. But generally a good bank.

I have found them to be very responsive. I like the service! Unlike many other banks, there is never a long wait to see an officer. Perhaps not important to anyone else, but I love not needing a deposit slip! It is Just one other way to say how convent the whole process is!

At San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union the staff is Friendly and Very Helpful. They never treat me as another account number they treat me as "Family" like an important part of the branch's success as a business. They ALWAYS remember my name since the 1st day as an account member.

I have not had good experiences with this bank. I've been with this bank for over seven years. My biggest complaint is that I can NEVER reach anyone by phone. The Zephyrhills branch posts a phone number but it simply routes back to the San Antonio Dade City number. No one EVER picks up and the voice mail extensions never pick up and it takes more than one or two days to get a reply call.

I only stay with them because it's a bigger pain in the neck to go and find another bank. But, that may not always remain the case.
