I LOVE this Bank ! They are extremely joyful & they greet you the moment you walk in they make you feel like KINGS & QUEENS. I'm proud that I gave up on Chase & Wells Fargo Bank to have Schools First Federal Credit Union Bank as my one & only. They can do just as those two Banks & more. Best place to Bank with.They get 10⭐ not 5⭐!!

My ATM card got stuck in their ATM. They didn't try to resolve the problem and told me to contact my financial institution. Their customer service is lacking as much as their equipment is set up for customer convenience. I would never bank here!

Schools First Federal Credit Union customer service representative Suzy User Number 589 went light years above and beyond her job description to help me and my wife with a ATM deposit and we are not even members of her credit union. She stayed on the phone and did everything in her power to fix the problem we had. This is what customer service and caring about people in general should looks like. I went in for advice on an auto loan that was delayed because the ins co screwed up & never picked up my vehicle at the auto repair shop after it was totaled on 8/16. Stephanie helped my apply for a personal loan to cover the check we wrote to the dealership so that check wouldn't bounce. I have a new BFF, Stephanie 🥰🥰🥰🥰 the ENTIRE staff has always been so kind & helpful with everyday transactions, BUT today was above & beyond!!! Schools FFCU will always be my bank👏👏👏
