I have a tendency of not answering calls from numbers I am not familiar with, so as you can see stated in prior reviews, other resources were utilized in order to get in touch with me. I gave them a call back, got in touch with Greg and was informed there was some debt I owed which I was not previously aware of. I was confused on the debt, he answered my questions very well. Not super exciting being informed you are in debt on a random Wednesday, but he was able to make it as pleasurable as possible. Set up a payment plan that works for me, very reasonable. I could go on and on. Don’t listen to the reviews, obviously a debt collection agency isn’t going to have a bunch of 5 star reviews. Thanks Greg.

Harassed numerous of my family members, multiple times. My father and I share the same name and not sure if they are asking for me or them, but by the messages they are leaving, I’m not giving them the time of day.

Extremely unprofessional. They will harass you and your family members, digging for their personal information and won't actually return your calls when you try to contact them. Multiple staff members, including a manager, both yelled at me on the phone when I simply asked for communication in writing for the information they were telling me. Completely disgusting behavior.

I got called about a relative, while I was at work. No idea how they even got my number!! Extremely rude and obnoxious when I called back and tried to get my number out of their system!

Wow...surprising. I see all of the negative reviews here but I am assuming they are all placed by the people that are in Collections, that do not want to pay their bills and get free services with a sense of entitlement to free goods and services.

I do business all the time with SCS and utilize their services as a third party billing company for many providers and all of the representatives at SCS that I have ever spoken with have been kind, courteous, and professional.
If you do not want your account turned over to a collection agency, pay your bills or set up a payment arrangement! Most physicians offices are willing to work with you, as this is the last step in OUR process in the attempt to collect your debt (after sending numerous statements and making numerus phone calls which all go unanswered) and the last thing we want to do is ruin anyone's credit. I would rather have a conversation with you to set you up on a payment plan. But I think this team and company does their job well. No complaints from AMPM Services.

I settled a debt that I owed from college with this company. I spoke to a man who no longer works for the company and he told me they would not put the derogatory remark on my credit report since I was paying to settle the balance. 2 years after I paid they a new person started "managing my debt" and placed it on my report. I called the company and explained the situation, only for them to tell me they don't have a note of the conversation and since the employee no longer worked there was nothing they would do. Even though I was very close to the 7 year mark of having it expunged from my report because I paid it, they put it back on my credit report which it will now stay until 2026 when the loan originated from 2015. Moral of the story you might as well not pay them since it doesn't matter if you do theyre still going to mess up your credit history.

If I could rate this shady spot a ZERO best believe I WOULD! “Georgia” has been calling my sister non stop every morning and started calling my phone asking for her.. how’d they get my number? I never even been her emergency contact. They’re 100% scammers. And weird.
