I want to give a shout out to Simmet Insurance and especially the agent I work with, Autumn. I have bragged to her on how great she is and how I appreciate her, but I think it is time to brag on Autumn publicly. She is proficient and always willing and ready to help. We have added and removed several vehicles on our policy over the years (4 vehicles on our policy) and she never once has made me feel like I am interrupting her day. Just today she added a watercraft to our policy and was quick to get me the information I needed to get that done. Even if I found insurance at a cheaper cost, I will pay more to receive the customer service I receive with Autumn. Thank you Autumn for being the best. Becky
