I brought my car to this place like 10 years ago. And it was the same back then. I dont remember exactly what I brought my car for but when I told them they didnt even fix the problem and brought it back they had some older white dude with big beard as well as whoever the young guy was who knew nothing about cars was trying to sell me stuff I didnt need and tell me that they couldnt figure it out. But I stood there and watched them and they didnt lift a hand. Just told me they didnt know. I've never been back. And now my car needs work and I'd rather just let my car not get repaired if this was the only shop. Lol. We just want to come in and get our cars fixed. We dont want to hassle about anything. Just fix what needs to get fixed and stop trying to sell everything you can to make money. If you want to make good money then the reputation has to be one of being straight up and honest and that will bring in the customers.

I've been going to speedy repair for several years now and have always had a great experience dealing with Omar. They're up front with pricing and generally have a quick turn around. As a woman I've never felt uncomfortable or ripped off, they're happy to explain what's going on in detail and there's no judgement or pressure if you choose not to do certain repairs or services. Communication is ongoing throughout repairs and overall they have a great business, I really appreciate them.

Amazing work by Omar and his team. I was in a tight spot , breaking down an hour or so from home. Omar and the team at speedy were quick to diagnose the issue and handled the problem at a fair price. Highly recommend if you are in metro Detroit

I won’t go anywhere else but here! I’ve been helped by Omar and Moe and have been treated with nothing but honesty and respect. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional too. That means a lot for a customer, but specifically because I am a woman. They took the time to diagnose any issues I’ve had with my car, worked with CarShield and SilverRock which is a whole other beast in itself. They called me with updates and explained what was going on; even apologized when things took longer than expected, and it wasn’t their fault - it was a matter of waiting for a response from the extended warranty company. I am immensely thankful for this shop and will continue to be a customer there - HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPEEDY OAKWOOD AUTO REPAIR!!
