I have to say from the time that I had to make a phone call or text message everyone is always so helpful and courteous.
They treat you like family there.

They will go above and beyond to try to resolve any issues or concerns that you may have. Great communication.
Hats off to the entire staff you guys work your butts off and we truly appreciate you all tremendously.
I was able to get a loaner vehicle as it took a little bit longer for my vehicle to be repaired.
But they will always be upfront with you and they're always willing to work with you.

Communication is key with any mechanic or any business.

Thank you Jer & staff we appreciate all your hard work and dedication to get us back on the road safely.
My little Chevy Trax is running so awesome.

You know what they say it may take a village but they'll get it done.

I take back all the bad reviews I have posted about Stateline. I was thinking I would tell people that they are a good dealer and I bought another car from them. They are fair and good at what they do.

I have been leasing a 2021 GMC Sierra for the past three years, there has been a consistent problem with the 3.0L Duramax engine/related components. I was in the Navy and as a result, had travelled all over the country and have dealt with many different dealership's. I had presented the issue I was having with every single dealer, and I mean large big name dealerships in Chicago, Norfolk VA, Charleston SC, Orlando FL, and many others. And every single one of them, either postponed, improperly diagnosed, or ignored the issue I was having all together. Having since moved near Stateline GMC and settled down geographically, I wanted to figure out what was wrong with my truck. I would be lying if I said I had avoided going to Stateline GMC due to the appearance of the dealer not being what I was used to, lacking very modern and updated looks/aesthetics. However, that is where I was wrong. After driving hours to Keweenaw Chevy/GMC for them to charge me hundreds of dollars to print out what the code reader said was wrong with my truck(something that you can do for free at almost any auto parts store), and for them to tell me it was going be thousands of more dollars to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, I was pretty livid and wanted answers, as my trucks condition was beginning to worsen. I had driven past Stateline and decided to stop in, for the heck of it.

I have never in my life experienced a more welcoming and transparent service department than the good people who run Stateline. I could go on and on about the individual hoops the service team and specifically the diesel tech that was working on my vehicle (Jeromy) had jumped through to make sure I was receiving the best experience, as well as ensuring my truck was receiving the best service. The service team at Sateline was able to do what no other mainstream fancy dealership that I had ever been to, couldn't. And on top of that, they were able to put my mind at ease throughout the whole process.

I will now be jumping through hoops to make sure my vehicle does not get serviced anywhere BUT Stateline. I would recommend anybody and everybody to experience the same service I have.

Thankyou again Mike, Jeromy, and the entire service team.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop or dealership I have a 2020 suv with a great warranty they would not except my warranty they wanted me to pay 800 out of pocket. The service manger would not have full conversation with me about the car kept leaving in the middle of conversation the service manager was very rude charged me for 2 diagnostic fees charging me 240$ and taking over 2 hours to tell me ya your back up camera doesn’t work and a few codes read off your vehicle. With doing absolutely no work to the car. very run down place terrible customer service I will be driving over an hour to the next closest gmc deal shop in Rhinelander wi just so I never have to deal with this terrible deal ship

After two very different dealership expenses I found a great deal on a great truck. The other dealerships are even closer to home. The better service makes up for that. Karen Bashaw and Eric Kuntz were more than helpful and patient. Thanks for not being Parsons of E.R.

I’m 170 miles from home and had a brake code issue. The service staff not only got me in, but got me in and fixed before my scheduled appointment time. Thank you for the quick service. The entire staff was super friendly. Kind of makes me want to drive 170 miles if I ever trade this truck in.

To put it simply, they stiffed me. Took my car in for brake replacement and a replacement back stabilization bar and that’s fine and dandy. One week after, I’m downstate and the wheel bearing of one of the wheels they were working on goes. It happens, whatever, problem arises when I bring it back in later on and they charge 600(plus tax to be fair) to fix the wheel bearing they messed up. I didn’t kick a fuss at the time because I like to think I’m better than throwing a public tantrum but I suppose I should have. 300-some for a new wheel bearing that, upon my looking after the fact costs only 200. Charged nearly 3hrs of service fees for one hour of work (heck, I’d even relent to one and a half but that still isn’t three hours at 99 an hour).
In summary, we were stiffed out of, roughly, an extra 200 dollars. Didn’t help that the desk workers/clerks were trying to take the papers out of my hands and speed along a signing of the contract but I can understand if you’re busy I suppose.
All around, I think these guys are your stereotypical scammy mechanics because they’re the only ones in town so what other choice to people have? Seeing as I am lucky enough to have a choice, I will choose to not use these mechanics services again.
