My Saab spent a couple of months over at their shop with several return visits. They were advertised as the Saab gurus. NOT! They trouble shoot by just putting new stuff in or something they have on the shelf that is old. I spent a ton of $$$ here and the car was never right. The most recent debacle was a faulty new battery. They told me the alternator was bad and it needed replacement. Said the battery was perfect. Well, I then went to American Import Auto, and they replaced the bad battery, and all good. O'Reily Auto Parts even refunded my money on the bad battery.. After several months of frustration with these guys, I AM DONE! Stay far away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, spent a lot of money, and the car never worked properly. Just so you know, I always give constructive criticism, and write more positive than negative reviews. Can not remember writing my last negative review. But, this $4,000+ mistake merited a commentary.

First of all, I was looking for someone to repair my ac system in my truck. I found them online and went to them blindly with only going off of reviews. Dave the owner is a very friendly guy. He is very fair And reasonable and was accommodating as well. I felt confident in his work and it was done professionally. David was awesome! He got us in within an hr of calling made sure to keep us updated on the fixing ( wheel barring ) and put a rush on it knowing we are from another state on a time limit! I definitely recommend and wish I could give more then 5 stars!! Thank you!!

The owner is a liar they don’t fix your car right they just clear the check engine light very bad customer service the owner lies to you every time you take your car back to him to fix what you’ve already told him that needs to be fixed they are just a big ripe off I recommend no one buys a vehicle from here.Im also gonna file a claim with BBB.
