DONT EVER GO HERE !!!!!! Bought the car with bald tires and a bad alternator and the worst of it all it had terrible electrical problems, they hot glued the center console shut to make it not open beacuse it was broke!! To put the icing on the cake not even 3 weeks later the driver side door pins broke right off!!

This place is scammers. They tell you one thing and do another. I bought a ford escape from them it’s been over a month and I still don’t have a title or plate for my vehicle. I had to take the police with me cause the old man likes threatening women. He tires to act like he is nice but he really isn’t. He is shady and underhanded in the deals he makes. They really need to be shut down and banned from being able to sell cars.

It was really nice courtesy. Seems like they would help out the customer. I bought a car from him 3 years ago and it runs great. And they would work with you with the price. And the car I bought it runs great no problems with it so far. If you're looking for a good used car that's a place to go. And the ones that gave bad reviews they must not understood so how to find a good running car. It was their fault for buying the car if they had problems with it. But that's place to go to find a good car

If I can give it a Zero star I would doulettes deal is the worst place to go I bought my son car there not so long ago he claimed that the car worked great. I ask if he could lower the price a little bit but he refused to.
Saying the car was worth the price 2,500. I ended up buying the car my mistake not even 3 weeks having the car its starts acting up I had to waste $1900 more on that car to get fixed. Never ever whould I go back there please don't waste your money or time there he is a liar.

August 2019 I test drive a 2005 Chrysler 300. I bought it for $2300.00 & put $1,000.00 into brakes, tires & front end work! Now it's a GREAT CAR! I get ALOT of compliments on it! I would drive it anywhere! The owner was a tough but fair buisnessman! I highly recommend you give him a chance!

My mother bought her car from Supreme Automotive Group years ago and they sold her a great car for a great price. I needed a car so of course that is where I wanted to go to my surprise the business had been sold and was now called Doulettes Deal owned by Joe Doulettes. I met Joe and viewed his inventory. Joe seemed to be a honest, fair, and a reputable individual. He was quick to brag about how he gets great cars from up north, how he has 40 plus years in the business, he know cars in and out and has rebuilt so many cars from scratch, "I can take a motor apart in my sleep" was his go to phrase, which as a customer made me feel like I made the right choice by investing with him. Originally I was interested in a Ford Escape, however, it was missing a seatbelt and I have three boys under 9 years old and they need to be in carseats so I went with the 2008 Sebring.
On May 17, 2019 I purchased the 2008 Sebring. My father and my mother wanted me to purchase the warranty. Joe stated that, "I sell great cars here, You really dont need the warranty, It aint gonna cover nut'n, I mean you can if you want to but its a great car, I dont think you need it." ALWAYS BUY THE WARRANTY EVEN IF IT COVERS NOTHING, IT WILL GIVE YOU LEVERAGE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. Joe PROCEEDS TO TELL my father and I, " It doesnt need an oil change, all my cars are great cars I wouldn't change it for a month or so, just get in it and drive". As I drove it to the gas station less than a mile up the road immediately after I drove it off the lot it started smoking. I drove it to Gibraltar Quick Lube to see if they knew what was wrong. I had to leave my car there over night because if I would have kept driving it my car could have caught fire and I had my children in the car. I had to get a full service oil change because there was NO OIL in the car and my VALVE COVER was melted off and oil was spilling all over my engine.
($ 400).
3 Days ago My children and I are on the freeway Im driving 70 MPH my transmission gives out on me, in the middle of traffic. I call Joe to tell him what happened of course Im upset (I have not had this car a whole month yet and a new car buyers worst nightmare is to invest in a car and the transmission or the engine gives out.) he ask me, " Did you get the warranty?", I said no you insured me that this car was a great buy and that I didnt need it. He says, "Oh no, You should always get a warranty." After him and I went back and forth about the car he finally offered to refer me to Majestic Auto Care Center.
I went to Majestic, when I pull up ironically Joe was there. Joe and the mechanic looked over the car. The mechanic stated that my problem he couldnt fix so he sent me to Bills Transmission on Wick and Telegraph. Joe guaranteed that, "If Bill cant fix it, It cant be fixed, he is the most experienced and honesty guy in the game. Transmissions are his specialty." I told Joe and the mechanic that once I figure out what was wrong with my car i would give them a call and let them know. Bill and his staff are AMAZING!!!! I dropped my car off and the next day I pick it up, they said the problem was my Solenoid Pack so they replaced it ($300). My dad and I drove off, gassed my car up. I hopped on I-94 from telegraph to start my day with my sons in the car. BOOM it does the same thing again. I call Joe he says its nothing he can do, he cant help, I caused the problem (the blame game starts). According to the mechanics this issue is nothing I could have caused because replacing the solenoid pack didnt work meant that the computer in my transmission needed to be replaced or reprogrammed ($2000).
At this point, I have missed out on money I have no way back and forth to work, I cannot get my children back and forth to school and daycare I call Joe to see if there is something we can work out just off of the honor of his business BUT no he hasnt helped but he did cancel my plate out of anger now I cannot dive my car or insure it. I feel cheated. I invested in someone who presented himself as being trustworthy.

Went to the dealership to help my nephew look at a Jeep. Sales person was very rude and not helpful. Ask to take the car on a test drive, salesman's said no they don't do that drive. When someone is spending 1500 cash. The least they can do is let you take the car for a test drive.
