I needed to choose between banks to get an issue with a business investor , and a proactive loan. I been a customer of SYNAVOUS Bank since it came to Florida. Today I went to the branch in Margate at Atlantic Boulevard in Broward County. It was a very nice surprise how big the parking lot, the convenient of the drive trough. The Bank has plenty of staff. I was very lucky to be treated by Ms Kay Bernard . Her amazing skills for service, knowledge, manners, kindness, , encouragement, the approach to my issues were impeccable and her drive to get results , solutions, getting calls , looking for the smallest detail with so much care for me to get my goal done…I appreciated her smile , self awareness and much more let me take my time to give a review for SYNAVOUS Bank and recommend it for personal or financial ‘s business . It is employee like Ms. Bernard who makes a company shine . First of all DO NOT BABK WITH THEM!! They robbed me my $100… I’ve been going back and forth for over a month with them for my $100… and the. The supposingly new manager is going to tell me that I don’t have a balance and if I don’t get out she is going to call the police!! When they owe me!!! Make it make sense!!!

Didn't cash me a check through the drive thru because i dont have an account with them. Its not the first time i cashed a check there. This is ridiculous. It was just 4pm they never told this when i called over the phone. They wasted my time and gas. 0 stars.
