I use to love coming here but I don’t know if they’ve gotten a new management or something but it’s really sucks.
Staff members used to come out and greet people and actually direct people to proper locations if needed to. I was unaware of the changes made since I usually go to a different TD Bank or utilize drive-through. Finally, when I mentioned something about it is when I was informed that I needed to sign in first.

Worse TD bank ever. I went there today at 11:41 AM to get a new debit card and once I finally got up to the counter at 12:00PM. The girl tells me I have to wait on the other side to process a new card. Banks that I have been to that includes TD always walks to each customer and ask “What are you here for”? to avoid people standing in the line for things that the tellers can not do. All in all, I drove to another TD bank which I arrived at 12:14 and was out of there by 12:20.

I have used this bank for years and was very grateful that the bank manager Frank helped me today when my account was compromised . He calmed me down and explained all the steps I needed to take and was very compassionate and understanding. Everything was restored and straightened out and service was great. The tellers are also helpful. I think the bank has vastly improved under Frank's management. It is true there aren't a ton of parking spots but you can easily walk one minute from walmart parking lot within the plaza.

Wow, the customer service is almost non-existent at this branch. seems as if all the agents haven't had proper training, “no access to this, no access to that”. Spent more than an hour, what a waste of time.

Great customer service. Recently opened an account online went in 2 days following and asked fir a debit card. Said since I opened the account online the card will be mailed went in today to make a deposit and told the girl and she said no. I can print you a debit card. Great service no wait
