Our experience with Don at Team Hodges was nothing short of amazing! Don was very professional and personal. The environment is warm and welcoming. We didn't feel any pressure to buy a car when we went looking. At no point were we asked to have our credit pulled which from experience that is usually the first thing asked when going to any other dealerships. We came in not even fully committed to buying a new vehicle and walked away with a beautiful new car for our family. Our new car needed a few replacements like windshield and power button and Don made sure to get it done for us. Dealing with Don as a salesman was like talking to a friend. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Team Hodges in West Branch, MI. We worked with Don Weldon and the sales manager to purchase our Jeep Grand Cherokee, a used vehicle with low mileage and is still more or less a new car in our opinion, and had a great selling price. The transaction was seamless and fast, no financing was required though. They allowed us to test drive the vehicle with no restrictions or even tagging along with us, just handed us the keys and said have fun, please be back by closing time! Don was even sweet enough to snag the red bow off of the showroom Corvette and put it on the hood of the Jeep for us when we picked up the car, it made my day! He also took the time to walk us through all the features of the car and show us how to use everything. They were also able to do all the licensing right there, so we drove away with a new plate and stickers and the official title was mailed from Secretary of state a week later. It was fun, simple and completely enjoyable doing business with them. I highly recommend.

My old truck gave up the ghost today. It was more expensive to fix than the truck was worth. Fortunately, I came to Hodges to get a new truck. The wife had sent me the website so I could peruse the used vehicle lot to see if they had something similar to what I wanted. There were lots of models to choose from.
Don Weldon took very good care of me. We narrowed down what I was looking for to three or four different models. He handed me the keys and told me to take each one for a test drive. There is no pressure to buy at all. After I figured out what truck I wanted, financing came through very fast. Don was able to transfer plates and insurance quickly.
My FIL bought all of his vehicles from team Hodges. I can see why. They have an excellent selection, no pressure, very competent staff, and a great selection.
The next vehicle I purchase will definitely be coming from this dealership.

I went to Team Hodges to have a key fob repaired or reprogrammed. After looking at the key fob they told me it didn't go to the truck and they couldn't reprogram it even though I used the fob to drive to the dealership. I refused and they charged me $169, including parts, for looking at the fob. They then told me I needed brand new fobs at $250 a piece.

I ended up Googling the issue and I found that by disconnecting the truck battery and then reconnecting it, the fob reset. Doing that fixed the issue.

The service department tried to pull a scam by telling me they couldn't fix an issue and then tried to get me to buy new equipment. I wouldn't trust them to service any vehicle.

My husband Tony recently bought 2015 Chevy Silverado from these folks .. when we came home and was looking at the vehicle he said he thought it had running boards on it and it did but when we picked it up they were not on there… then there was a issue with the truck like a miss took it in Friday to them the head mechanic told him he would be fine to tow a trailer to baycity acted like it was no big deal he barely got the truck back home now they want to charge us $230 for the repair for a vehicle we haven’t had a month and the they altered the truck to boot …. We won’t do business with these guys again and won’t recommend them to anyone there not reputable at all…picture of husband same day purchased other photo of the truck the sales person sent us… that it was available

I will never be back in here again. Why, do you ask?! Because I was in there for an oil change/routine maintenance about 1 month ago, and here we are 1 month later, and my healthy 2018 vehicle randomly starts to overheat on my way into work.

So I decide to check under the hood, and what do I notice?! One of your “mechanics” forgot to put my coolant cap back on!! Resulting in the car overheating. I have a very long commute to and from work, mind you! That is a very important step to forget.

People are depending on you to help them maintain the safety of their vehicles. Maybe make sure these people start checking off boxes for simple tasks.

How much damage have I done to my vehicle now because of their incompetence? Are they going to help me pay for that?!
