Timothy and staff is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Took my Jetta in for an oil change, filter and tire rotation. They also sent me a detailed inspection report with pics and explanations that I did not expect. Definitely will go back. Thanks!

Great service! Tim and Nick were outstanding! Speedy service and very knowledgeable! Great customer service! Hoping that no more flat tires are in my near future but, if it does happen to occur, I know I can count on these guys to get me back on the road again! Very highly recommended!

I have gone here before to have a flat tire changed. I purchased a certified used tire and they swapped it no problem.

I now come back to have the same thing done on my truck and they manager tells me to take my business elsewhere. I explained that they have done it before and he looked at me and laughed. Old dude needs some serious customer service training. I went to Mavis right next door and they swapped it no problem. Don't go to Tire Choice, they put on a smile just to get your money.

I had a bit of a situation that needed fixing so I made an appointment to get a diagnostic done. The crew at this location not only figured out what the real issue was (that I just needed a new battery), and Tim the manager was amazing and very helpful! Will absolutely go back again in the future!

Tried to call for tires prices and all the foreigner in the call center kept saying was OK. We can do that for you. Let's book an appointment.... no.... you've never provided me tire prices...

If you can't be bothered to answer the phone to talk to the customers, I can't be bother to use your service. How will I ever resolve issues, if I can't even speak to somebody.

Highly do NOT recommend.

You call into to schedule a service. They route you to a call center instead of the shop doing the work. I wanted to get mud tires mounted, 295/60R20. I explained all of that to the person at the call center. Which by the I could hardly understand. I am not sure if their call center is located in India or what, but anyway. I take off from work, get there and they say we cant install because they are too big. Like I said I gave the lady on the phone the tire size when I set the appointment. I even asked if there would be any problems with larger tire, of course she said no problem at all. The guy behind the counter says that the call center does not have mechanically inclined persons working and that he deals with this all the time. Anyway I will not be going back to them for any type of auto repairs since the call center does not know what they are doing.
