Brought my car in for an oil change in February 2025, they topped off the fluids and I even tipped the guy for doing so. It was very cold about a week later and my car started overheating. I bring it to a mechanic and the water pump and radiator are damaged by water being mixed in with the coolant, $1200 repair. Absolutely nobody else touched the cooling system in the last several months. I call this company to inform them calmly what happened and the guy got very defensive and angry and said they didn't do it and even if I get a lawyer I can't prove they did it.

Major red flag, do not bring your car here!

Fixed the 4X4 and ABS on an old beater truck I just bought. It was fixed quickly enough and I thought the price was very reasonable. I will likely return for future repairs. Good towing service, too, by the way

I’ve been going to this and the Caledonia shop for years, Jake and his crew a hard working and honest , this is rare nowadays, they offer a veteran discount if you ask me but this is my go to shop when I need the real mechanics

I brought a tire in to the first thing in the morning the day before a holiday. After determining that it was not repairable they ordered me a new one and got it same day. When I arrived to pick the tire up they went above and beyond and put the tire on my vehicle which was not what I had originally asked them to do. Great customer service and great people. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I was traveling through the area with my family and my back tire started an active leak from running over a screw. The staff at tires 2000 accommodated my walk in appt at 730 am and were able to patch my tire that morning. No attempts to up sell me even though I was in a tough spot! I’m forever grateful for the help and quick service!!!!!
