After having a terrible experience at Kool Chevrolet. I decide to drive to Todd Wendell in hudsonville. I had my heart set on trailblazer. By now I had drove three different SUV’s. So my daughter test drove the trailblazer there. Bob took the time to explain everything in the car to her before she drove it. We left. We talked about what we wanted in the car. They didn’t have one on the lot but we found one in another town. Bob got us the car and I got what I wanted for my trade in. I am the happy owner of a 2025 trailblazer. Had it two days and I love it. Thank Bob for treating us with respect and kindness.

We were able to test drive and purchase a new vehicle within a matter of days with ease. The sales staff was friendly & helpful. The management staff was able to negotiate the right deal to include a quoted loyalty cash allowance even though it was supposedly removed from GM's offerings (end of month to beginning of month transition). The process of picking up the new car and getting basic things set up and explained so that it could be driven away with confidence was great as well. Overall the experience was a good one with Todd Wenzel (we had never dealt with them previously as they are a little farther than our hometown dealer who has served us well in the past). They happened to have the vehicle we were looking for.

Cory, our service advisor did a great job. Very friendly and accommodating. He loaned us a vehicle since he had to order parts and painting. Since we are a one car family that was really nice. Our car was returned on the promised date and the invoice was what had been quoted. Great car (2020 Chevy Bolt EV), and great dealership (Todd Wenzel Chevrolet).

Service dept review
I have a new 2024 chevy silverado that had a check engine light come on multiple times. The issue was a crankshaft sensor that didn't affect the driving of the vehicle but was a super inconvenience of almost 3 months because I could not use my automatic start for most of the winter. Finally got the part in scheduled an appointment a week out. Showed up and was given a horrible excuse as to a lift was not available that day to get the 15 minute job done. I'm almost 100% sure they lied and forgot to get the part in that day so they had to order it for the next day. Gave me a free rental like they were doing me a favor by making me wait another day and having to come back the following evening. Told them I should be charging them for wasting my time and their screw up. Do not recommend and won't be taking my truck back to their service dept.
