Had a great experience here. Bryan worked with me and did a great job helping me find a vehicle to my liking, and Josh in finance was very clear on all the paperwork.
They even ended up delivering the vehicle to me as well when I wasn't able to pick it up myself on the day I had planned on.
I would definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a good used vehicle.

I would not recommend this location for any car purchase. I was so excited to buy this car, had a good experience with the salesman, and from then on it has been downhill. I met with one of the finance managers to talk through my loan and he wouldn't listen when I said that the loan wasn't what I wanted. I literally said "This is not what I want." He never offered other loan options, only kept pushing this one until I felt pressured into signing it. My old car was a total loss, which he knew, so he also knew that I needed a car asap and I felt as though he took advantage of that opportunity. I know for a fact that I looked visibly upset throughout this meeting because afterwards when I went to get the keys to the car, my salesman said "you don't seem super happy."

Instead of an exciting new car experience, I left in tears with how I'd been treated. I then reached out to share my experience and have been referred to the general sales manager who literally never answers his phone. This has been so frustrating and upsetting and as a young woman, I feel extremely taken advantage of. I would not recommend this location to anyone and it is very obvious that they do not value how you feel.

I went in to purchase a car. They did bring the car in from another of their locations to the closer one for me. They talk very good on taking car of the customer. Well I had to contact them 3 times over the phone and 2 store visits to help with issues on my car. Was sent to another of the location to get one issue fixed and was told I needed to go back to the other location for the rest.
I’m hoping to get my last issues resolved soon.
I feel they lack in customer satisfaction and they don’t follow thru on getting the customer taking care of.

Worst experience I've had searching for a used vehicle, sales rep Aryan Coulter was clearly in a bad mood my whole visit, he got defensive and offended when I told him the one truck he showed me was a little out of my price range. The next day I find the carfax for said truck and he conveniently forgot to tell me it had been in an accident and the airbags were deployed. They will talk financing before they even know what kind of car you're looking for and then disregard anything you said about a budget, they don't care if you get hunk of garbage vehicle as long as they get paid. The epitome of stereotypical used car dealerships - go anywhere else.

My first visit here, Jeff “pook” welcomed me apon arrival. I was please to see my name up on the board as I had called and told them I was on my way from a different city & would arrive in about an hour. They were ready & prepared for me. The keys for the car I had inquired about were quickly retrieved and given to me for my test drive. No limits on how long my test drive could be or anything like that. Jeff was even kind enough to ask if I needed directions for the test drive. When the test drive was over we decided on an even trade for my current vehicle. Jeff then filled out the appropriate paperwork quickly and accordingly. While we waited for the final approval and signing with the Manager, Jeff was extremely personable, kind & polite, making the time go by fast. He was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with and because of him, not only do I plan to be back in the future, but I will be referring any family or friends to him. Great work all around. 5/5.
