Awesome place to do business with! I was "forced" into doing business with them due to some unforeseen circumstances. And Bob has gone far above and beyond in making sure I'm taken care of. If I didn't live 70 miles away, or had another vehicle for backup, I would use these guys for all of my automotive needs. They're top-notch! I couldn't recommend a better group of people. Being from the same industry (automotive service), I appreciate when someone takes time to go well above what's required. They have done that. And have done so with integrity, kindness, honesty and compassion. I can't recommend this place enough!

Had an appointment with these guys, they didnt give me an exact hour when to drop it off. Because I didnt drop it off at the crack of dawn I have to wait two more days to bring it in after I took time off of work.

This is a good place to go. They get the job done right. The only thing I've noticed that could be improved is that the guy behind the desk is always busy on the phone & doesn't seem to want to talk to customers that walk in very much. Went there to get a new tire mounted & the dude barely looked @ me. & Said just put it outside the door. They did an excellent job of mounting the tire on a newer rim though. It even got balanced very well.

I can't say enough good about Bob Wells and his staff. They are very knowledgeable, honest, professional, down to earth, and work hard at resolving the issue / work at hand. The turn around time in getting anything I've had done has been incredible, not to mention Total Car Care does have THE most reasonable prices around! On several occasions Bob has gone far above and beyond the call of duty for me, coming to my residence to get my car started, and then following me back to his shop. On top of that, offering and taking the time out to give me a ride back home, and even making a pit stop to my office on the way knowing that I had forgotten my cell phone when I left for the day. Bib is a super busy man, so for him to take the extra time out speaks volumes for his character which reflects in his customer service and his work! I HIGHLY recommend Total Car Care!
