I went to this dealer this past week to buy a used Tacoma. Sales rep. Austin Ritzow was great to deal with. I called Austin on the phone first and he was prompt and professional with all communications and not pushy. An acceptable and fair OTD price was relatively quickly reached with minimal back and forth (I did not haggle much because I felt this dealer already had a fair price on this vehicle based on market research I had done previously on other vehicles of the same model, trim, similar year, mileage, and condition). Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the buying process. When I test drove the vehicle, I noticed there was a stain the size of my hand on the back seat. I pointed this out to Austin and he quickly had the detailers clean and completely remove the stain. Austin even made sure there was a full tank of gas in the vehicle before I took it home (many dealerships do not even do this anymore due to high gas prices). Austin was great and I would definitely do business with him again on future purchases. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the obnoxious and aggressive sales manager (last name was Ireland if IRC) who for some inexplicable reason became involved at the last minute during the financing phase of the deal (his involvement was not even necessary because I already had my own financing in place and pre-approved through my bank). At any rate, that's the subject of another story. I want to keep this positive and limit this review to acknowledging what a credit Austin is to this dealership and the auto sales industry in general. Austin is the best and I'm super happy with my vehicle purchase. Thanks Austin!

Sales Specialist Lupe Rodriguez was wonderful to work with! He was able to locate the right car for me as well as help me navigate the trade-in of my old car and purchase of my new car. He was knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
I also found Business Manager Katie Brown to be knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
And, Ozzy was very kind and patient as he showed me how to use the various features of my new car.

We were traveling back from a camping trip in Ludington when our 2007 Sequoia died on US31. We towed it to the store, not knowing what to expect since we were still about 3 hours from home. I work in the automotive business so I have heard horror stories. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pretty sure my fuel pump was bad and it was going to be a $1500 repair and take several days. We left the car with them and went home. I received a text the next morning saying that my car was in the shop being diagnosed, and then a few hours later I was informed that it was a couple of broken wires and the repair was less than $400! Jeremy and everyone we were in contact with was great! We picked it up the following day and it runs perfectly. Thanks so much for taking a bad situation and making it just a little better!

Do not buy a used car from this place! My son bought a 4 Runner from them in May of 2024 and it has been nothing but a nightmare. A month after purchase it started shaking and he had to replace the rotors and brake pads. The passenger side door wouldn't lock so he changed out the locking mechanism. He had a mechanic look it over and he found numerous problems. The mechanic flushed the transmission and changed the air filter. My son had to change the serpentine belt and one of the idlers. It sprung an oil leak which was repaired by a different Toyota dealership. Who also said the spark plugs needed to be changed seeing it was over 100K miles. (This should have been done before the car was sold) In 5 months after he purchased the car, he's had to put over $4000 into it. Beware of this Muskegon Toyota dealership!

This place does not care about you! Take your hard earned money somewhere else!! If you want to buy a car from shady business dealers and a dealership who "promises" over and over to make something right and has an excuse every single time of why they dropped the ball this is the place for you!!!!! Freaking absolutely ridiculous!!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars
