I made a phone call to Loan officer named Rachel Skytta on Wednesday. She was very pleasant and polite on the phone and I told her my situation and told her what I was trying to do. She gave me instructions on everything that she needed, and then later that day called me back and told me that it would have to go through the committee. She said she would not be there Thursday, but she would be back on Friday and would give me a call. On Friday morning, I just decided to go in and see her with all the information I had. When I got to the bank, I did my business at the front desk and then went over to the counter and asked for Rachel and they told me she had to go home for an emergency so I just drove back home. When I got back home around noon, I had received a phone call It was Rachel telling me she is back at work. So I asked her if she could see me today and she told me to come back in and apologize to me over and over again for what had happened. This young lady got everything taken care of for me and approved while juggling what was going on with her daughter at the hospital and then later on at home. I was so impressed with her and let her know that she never needs to apologize when it comes to family. Rachel is a Credit and a light for your credit union and she does her job with such professionalism and respect. I am a disabled veteran, and I have to tell you those type of people are few and far between in this world today. I was so impressed with the way she handled herself through everything and I just want you to know that this young lady is exceptional in what she does. I was very lucky to be able to talk to her and go through her for this situation of mine. She has helped me immensely. Tru North Federal credit Union is very lucky to have her as an employee. In the community is very lucky to have her there!! Thank you so much for everything Rachel!! Thank you so much!!

Horrible bank.. never had anything but problems with it. First off they are never open. Second their ATM's are always down. Third their automated bologna keeps taking money for loans that aren't even due yet. Took over half of my husband's paycheck to unnecessarily pay off a loan. Now we are trying to figure out how to get our money back. This bank is just such a joke. Don't trust this bank with your money! Also most of their 5 star reviews are from employees.

Brought Canadian currency to this bank and they did not recognize it and had to describe in detail every bill over the telephone to their main office. Then proceeded to tell me exchange rate is less than 60%. Not happy and gonna move away from this joke of a bank.

The single most friendly staff I've encountered when working with financial institutions. They got me in and got me out without any complications or hold ups. Love going to this place and am happy to be in business with them because I know they are keeping my money safe and secure. Opening an account here is literally as easy as giving them a couple bits of information and ... Well that's it.. they have you out of there in 10 minutes practically. So if you're debating whether to open an account with them I highly recommend that you do, I've had no problems with them.

I wouldn't have credit without them. Everyone I tried establishing my credit with wanted a cosigner which I didn't have. They gave me a chance and now I have an easier path to financial stability because of them. If you need to establish your credit and have a job, go to TruNorth.

I have been a customer here for approximately 35 years. While waiting in line at the drive thru I saw numerous vehicles that pulled into other Lanes come and go. I pushed the buzzer and asked the clerk if there was a problem with my transaction. She said no she just hadn't gotten to it yet. I pointed out that in the lane next to me two vehicles had come and gone but I was still waiting. She said that wasn't true and that she would take care of my transaction when she got to it. I parked my vehicle and went inside to speak to a manager who was very understanding and got me a more professional teller. Usually customers do not complain if there is no issue. I understand it is difficult to get good employees and customer service is a difficult job but if you don't want to handle things correctly then you don't belong in customer service
