Very worst customer service, full of automation no human response, for last 6 months am trying to know my loan pre closure amount but i could not talk to a human and getting only auto generated mail from them. You guys are crossing your limit.

Guys kindly request you to not take loans in TVS CREDIT they are worst in customer service.

Worst service.
My imagination is TVS group have a best system of quality.
Till now my mind set (after my brother used tv's credit) is TVS credit not have basic system of customer care .

its worst experience from TVS finance..... they are cheating the customers ..without your intimation they will do the loan process with their own signatures......after complete loan process after the EMI then only you will be knowing the exact loan and emi amount....for this issue am following with the concern team but nobody is responding....even i tried to contact CEO at chennai head office but still no use....finally am going to log a compliant in consumer court...

I was contacted a executive named David chennai working in Bristol Tech spark Guindy, he is such a fraud he is said he’ll arrange Loan with 9.33% interest but im paying 17.99% that too fixed try to avoid this TVS credits

Fraud company! Never get into TVS credit! They don't deducted monthly installments on time and they charge extra charges for every single day and customer support number doesn't easily get connected! Beware of this fraud company
